The desk clerk, Dito, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Gave us lots of good advice about where to eat and details on how to get around. Bus stop is right outside, Metro a few blocks away. Lots within walking distance. Very quiet and safe. The rooms were modern, immaculate, like new, and we made use of the free internet (their computer in the hallway).

You were able to access British Television in your hotel room

Air conditioning in room was not cold, just blew out air. Room Service and Restaurant Menu was very poor and expensive. Sauna and Steam Room in the Spa were very dirty and didnt work even when requested at reception. Myself and my partner were not informed on arrival of any of the amenities at the hotlel. Overall very dissapointed by our stay.

The location was very good for walking to various parts of the city and having a bus stop across the street was very handy for getting to Placa Cataluna. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering our many questions.

The twin room we had was a bit small. There were no drawers to place some clothing items. Wireless Internet access was not consistent. I felt it was more of a 3 star hotel and a bit overpriced for off-season and overall facilities.

While most of the catering/cleaning staff were friendly and informative the reception staff/managers were a little unhelpful and uninformed in relation to the local area and amenities.

a pity the pool was closed (not heated) and the gym consisted of only 2 machines and was situated in a dark and hot basement.. The tredmill did not work properly. Expected more.

excellent staff, very clean, computer stations in the hall since we could not connect to the network from our room. easy access to subway system and close enough to walk to some of the main sites. A meal or two at Bella Napoli across the street is a must!

To access the lights and air conditioning unit the key-card has to be in the slot in the wall. This if very inconvenient at night. We had to take the card out to turn off the lights at night but if one of us had to get up in the middle of the night then we could not turn on a light. The air conditioning unit was too noisy to run at night so the room was very warm at night.

Front desk staff very helpful, offered tourist information. Room was ok, had to upgrade to a better room because the layout of the original room was odd, noisy and comes with 2 single beds. we wanted a double bed. front desk staff was able to get the change done quickly.

the tap for 1 sink was not working, no irons available, the tv
