The hotel was in a great location. The area is probably very touristy during the prime season but it was fine during the off season. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. We appreciated the location now but probably wouldn't choose the location during another time of year. |

Cleanliness, position and friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable adjustable beds and whirlpool baths...nice. Clearly well used tourist hotel, some damaged decoration and no no-smoking rooms. Breakfast 12 euros each very expensive for what it was and easy to get something outside for around 7 euros. Tea/Coffee in room would be good (although they gave us a jug of milk free of charge). |

The staff were excellent. They spoke good English, were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect. The fourth floor of the hotel has not been renovated and therefore the rooms allocated on this floor do not match the photographs shown on the internet. However, the hotel graciously offered us a change of room which we decided to decline. The rooms on the fourth floor, although old, are still spacious and comfortable. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and big room. Location couldn't be better. I have nothing to complain about. No view from window. But it is understandible, since it's situated in the middle of town. |

Very helpful and happy staff. Very quiet rooms although located on busy street.Rooms cleaned and towels changed etc. twice a day. Trips arranged and phone calls made on our behalf and advice given to make our stay more enjoyable.It felt as if we were staying with friends. |

Excellent staff - very professional, very helpful. Not only the hotel provides free internet, they also allow guests to print stuff off the internet for free from a computer in the lobby (very useful when checking in for a flight on-line). As has already been mentioned here, the beds in this hotel are not for the couples who want to sleep really close together. The beds have 2 separate mattresses that slide apart really easily. |

The hotel is brilliantly situated in the centre of town overlooking the Rambla but only 20 mins taxi ride from the airport. I was sceptical but it is true that the rooms are perfectly sound proofed so very quiet. However it was a pleasure to stand on the balcony and watch the hive of activity below. The room was very smart and clean and the jacuzzi was an excellent bonus. The breakfast, although not included, was good and the breakfast room was pleasant. The staff were extremely helpful. I would unreservedly recommend this hotel as representing excellent value for money and would certainly look forward to visiting again. |

Location, location, location. Right on Ramblas. Had a back room with no noise. Bathroom was modern and large. Had a superior room with loads of space. Desk staff was informed and very helpful. |

The hotel was very clean and well run and presented an atmosphere of calm and comfort in a very busy location. The staff were excellent and gave the impression of wanting to be as helpful as possible without being in any way obtrusive. I will definitely recommend the use of this hotel to others and it will be my hotel of choice when i return to Barcelona. |

The hotel is ideally situated and even though it is on a busy street our room was really quiet. The room was big and the bed the most comfortable I have ever found in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet catered for all tastes. |

Well priced hotel and very central. Reception staff friendly and very helpful. Room and bed comfortable and clean. Turn-down service and fresh towels in the evening appreciated. Carpets in the hallways and bedroom rather worn and stained, but not dirty. Maybe a slightly brighter and more colourful reception area? A picture on a wall in the bedroom would be pleasant. |

The hotel is a five minute walk from the Aerobus stop at Placa de Catalunya so airport transfer is very easy. It's location on La Ramblas is central to most of the popular sights. Our room was to the rear of the hotel which was very quiet. We were surprised by the lack of a kettle and tea making facilities in the room, although the reception staff said they would provide hot water free of charge, when required. |
