I liked the staff. They were friendly and made us feel welcome.We liked the sauna too.

Our room didn´t have enough light

Nice design, new Hotel and a very good location. A laptop in the room with internet connection is also very good.

The big downside is that there are no hot water cooking facilities in the room; no Coffee and no Tea. We had a small child and needed hot water and every time we had to go and ask for it. This is the only reason why we wouldn´t stay there next time.

their recommendation of dining places, they sent us the first night to a tourist restaurant, where we've asked for a local restaurant ...

The hotel was centrally located in the heart of Barcelona. The staff had a good understanding of English and were helpfull. Use this hotel for business trips and a base for short city breaks.

We were allocated a room on the ground floor of the hotel, which doubled as a small meeting room. The room was equiped with a double bed which could be folded up into a wall unit during the day - hence meeting room. The bed can only be described as one step up from a camping bed, which for a hotel of 4* I felt was disappointing. A request was made for extra pillows which took nearly 2 hours to arrive. The bar is a small area in reception, which during our 4 day stay we did not see manned.

Excellent location and nice friendly staff. Great with free internet, laptop (!), ipod docking unit in the room.

I found the hotel a bit too "designery". The black corridors made it all too dark.

rooms unclean, mirror not attached to wall. Shower leaked, jacuzzi and bath plug broken. maid left door open after cleaning !!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed, reception staff lovely!!

A comfortable hotel in the centre of Barcelona, very well placed for sight seeing. Its on a main train/underground line so great for getting from the airport. We didn't take breakfast as it wasn't included in our booking and there are a vast amount of cafe's surrounding the hotel for coffee on a morning. The staff were helpful and the rooms immaculate, the safety deposit box in the room was free to use for the week which is always an advantage and had a fantastic power shower which helped after a full day of touring the city.

The location was very good, just a few minutes walk from Placa Catalunya. The hotel itself is quite small, but very cosy and clean. Having a laptop with internet connection was definitely a bonus.

The walls were quite thin, and the sound isolation was quite poor, but I guess, it's a problem of all european hotels, that are build inside of old buildings.

the staff were not as freindly as the Malaga or Madrid staff, room noise was too much with dog next door and party held in some of the rooms on our floor

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights with 3 friends and it was Amazing. It's 5 minutes from Plaza Catalunya, the metro station and the staff speaks English very good.

The hotel cleaners enter the room even if you put the "do not disturb" tag.

La comodidad de las instalaciones. Reservé una show room, que la verdad estubo de lujo, la cama, aunque fuera de las que se pueden guardar en un armario, era comodísima. La ducha de hidromasaje y el ordenador portatil son detallazos. Estube solamente una noche y no pude disfrutar del gimnasio y los demás servicios, pero por lo general fué de mi agrado. Repetiré seguramente.
