The air conditioning was not working in two diferent rooms that I was given after the failure on the first one. Because it was an exceptional hot day, the temperature inisde the room was unbelivable high! No solution from the hotel was found or given. |

Nice location - 15 minute walk into the old city centre. You have to pay to use the spa and there's no pool. Also, the WiFi is very intermittent - I lost connection roughly every 10 minutes. |

the room is clean and spacious, the bathtub was big, you need to make reservations for the sauna on busy times. we didn`t know until we went to the sauna ---- and it was actually a part of the hotel, but also a part of a fitness centre--- |

The location nearby the Metro. The information about the bus to the airport were wrong so we lost time and were there much too early. |

Barely no- one does speak English in the hotel except for a person at the front desk, which makes ordering Room Service from your room quite an "Experience"! + No coffee machine in the room. For a so called “4 Star”: it needs improvement on both specified subjects. |

Staff was super helpful and friendly, the price was unbeatable and the rooms comfy and nice. Great value for money! :) The location. We were aware it's not city centre and the metro is just 1 min walk away, so handy enough to get into town, but no nice restaurants or bars in within walking distance of the hotel. We had to stay in the hotel bar/restaurant, where the food was very nice though. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling on business/just wants to have a nice room for one night. |

It's clean and comfortable but a bit soul-less compared to other hotels I stayed in during my trip to Euskadi. Staff are professional and courteous but not overly friendly or acomodating - perhaps a symptom of hotel chain syndrome as opposed to family run establisments. You'll get better value outside the hotel restaruant for dinner. It's not as central as the reviews would imply and requires a trip on the Metro to get to the heart of the city. |

It was near the underground station We often found some hair on the floor even after our claim, the parking was too expensive and the hotel was not in the city centre, generally speaking the overall hotel conditions suffer for the passing of time, hotel quality standards are overrated (4 stars) |

Very nice room and view over the city of Bilbao. Very friendly personnel at the breakfast. The hotel is located up on a hill. Luckily there are buses and the metro, which unfortunately was under construction during our stay. There's a note in the bathroom to advice you to reuse your towels in order to protect the environment, or to put them in the bathtub in order to get them changed. This didn't work; the towels were changed every day wherever you left them. |

Not too far from centre The advertised Spa and Wellness do not belong to the hotel, although in the same building. S&W is different company and the charge separately. The pool is very good, the sauna and Turkish-bath are ready for improvement. |
