The pool was fantastic.Free bus to the beach (Palma nova)Balcony was big, with nice view.quite easy to find, you can take a bus from airport to plaza Espana and from plaza Espana bus 46, wich will drop u to the hotel! Breakfast was with good selection of food.Generaly was very good. There was No minibar in the room,No frige ,No ice machine ,hair drier was from last century,No air condition in the room ,but it wasnt soo hot in the room. |

the outdoor design ( pool , environment etc). view, quite luxurious , good value for money no air-conditioning, got too hot at night (summer) , food at snack-bar was of poor quality |

Rooms were very clean and the view from our room on the 7th floor rear of the hotel was panoramic. For a minimal fee you can upgrade to all inclusive which is excellent value for the money. The buffet was varied and good. As this hotel is outside Palma it had a bus stop right outside the hotel for the transit system. It also offered a free shuttle to the beach. Very family oriented! No air conditioning but will have it in 2010. |

The price. The breakfast was not good at all, bad quality fruits, chesse, beverages and ham. But for the price, I guess I couldnt complain much. Hotel staff was incredibly unhelpful and almost borderline rude. Pool was so overcrowded, that it was unbearable to stay at, I didnt even stay close to it, not even one day. Its a family hotel, I guess it should be great for kids, but not at all pleasant to relax... |

The swimming pool area. The buffet was excellent. I thought we had booked for b&b but it was fully comprehensive which included all drinks. The majority of the staff on the reception were generally unhelpful and not particularly helpful except for one girl. Beds were not very comfortable. |

het is een net hotel, met een leuk zwembad. Ontbijt is goed, de rest hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt.Airco zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Pendelbus naar strand is goed. Personeel vonden wij niet vriendelijk, terwijl het nog niet eens hoofdseizoen is. Hotel ligt op berg, dus je moet goed te been zijn. |

Mooi zwembad, kamers waren netjes, ontbijt prima Shuttlebus was veel te klein voor het aanbod. Er waren altijd mensen die niet mee konden waardoor je minimaal een half uur moest wachten. |

la piscina y la proximidad a la parada del autobus, es bastante tranquilo, y la habitacion tenia unas bonitas vistas al mar y al castillo. fatal que no tengan aire acondicionado, son mi cutres con los amenites, no te ponen ni gel de baño, y el bufee del desayuno es bastante reducido sobre todo en fruta, no tienen variedad. Las excursiones son un robo manifiesto, y en b no te dan recibo, cobran el doble que en otras agencias. Y pasan de los españoles, todo esta en aleman. La recepción del hotel les deberian dar el premio limon son mas que agrios. Por último la localización, esta muy alejado de todo, a palma se tarda una hora en autobus. |

Sehr gute Lage, nah an Palma aber doch ruhig gelegen (ganz und gar kein Ballermanntourismus!). Alles gut zu erreichen, da Supermarkt, kleinere Bars und kleinere Strände direkt um die Ecke, gute Busverbindungen nach Palma und ein kostenloser Busshuttle zum schönen Strand Palmanova. Sauberes, schönes Zimmer, netter Service. Schöner Pool. |

Toller Pool mit Massage-Angebot. Service-Leistung im Zimmerbereich gut. Ansonsten im "Speisesaal-BereichW Jugendhebergscharakter. Keinerlei Service im Aufenthaltsbereich (Bar usw.)!!!!!! Eigentlich Schade. Eigentlich nur buchbar für AI - Angebote.Darauf vollständig ausgerichtet. Übernachtung mit Frühstück nicht empfehlenswert. Personal räumt nur das Chaos auf. Hotel hat nur Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Zimmerlage nach hinten (Ostseite) mit Meerblick (Nacht`s kommt die Müllabfuhr und weckt das ganze Hotel). Vorne Blick auf den Pool (Südseite !!!!) |

piscine nickel La clim !!!!! pour un hôtel 3 étoiles c 'est vraiment lamentable!!! le petit déjeuner: plus du trois quart du buffet est destiné aux amateurs de flageolets dès le petit jour.... ouch!!!! pensez un peu aux gens qui aiment manger sucré le matin... nous la gde majorité des français!!! + 2 ascenseurs pour neuf étages et je ne sais combien de chambres... |

La Piscina es grande y bonita, la habitaciòn era confortable. No habia aire condicionado y por eso hacia mucho calor en las habitaciònes, horarios de desayuno y cena màs alemanes que espanoles. |
