Good location for marina and promenade walk to torremolinos. Plenty of restaurants on beach side promenade As h10 'club class' member used hotel for last 10 years. E-mailed for 'high room with pool view' as 'quieter at night' as I know about 'noisy nights' due to late night revellers etc. On arrival given room 133 (!st floor) over main entrance. (Most nosiest room in hotel) late night revellers and coaches arriving all hours of day and night so refused room. Then told only other room available is 533. Still on road and over main entrance but on top floor. Was told no other room available so accepted. Looking round hotel that night. Very few lights on in rooms, no towels on balcony's and all balcony furniture tidy. Restaurant not half full so lied to re. No other room available. Kept awake every night with noise. Will never stay there again |

Centrally located...Nice gardens and swimming pool area. Rooms at front of hotel are way too noisy because of road traffic, drunks from the bars and the building site directly opposite. Restaurant staff too miserable! |

Beds were comfortable, reception staff helpful. Close to the marina and beach. Good shower. Reasonable size and quality for price paid. The food and the organisation in the 'restaurant'. Bun fight! School dinners atmosphere. Long queues and tables far too close together. If you like tinned potatoes, tinned fruit cocktail in jelly with tinned custard you will be fine. That said, main course was okish and so was breakfast. |

The breakfast buffet was good. Swimming pool clean and well kept. Our room faced a derelict building which thankfully was not yet being demolished. The room in general had a tired and rundown look. In the afternoon it was not possible to buy a snack. |

Booked 7 nights, only stayed 1. Unfriendly staff, hotel was dirty and food was conveyor belt rubbish! Everything, especially that I could not get a cup of coffee with my evening meal or after 10pm in the bar. |

Pretty much everything was good. Great location, reasonable sized room, good selection of food at buffets, staff helpful, great pool area. Lifts need to be updated and plumbing was noisy throughout the night. Some noise from the street at 7am each morning from drunken fools on the way home from 24 hour square. |

I found the hotel very basic but very comfortable, house keeping everyday with clean towels etc, were in some hotels you have to ask for clean towels daily, staff werent very friendly at first, but warmed to our group after a few days, I didnt have breakfast or dinner in the hotel so can not comment on this, over all I would reccomend this hotel to family and friends and I will return sometime in the future. |

Close to where we needed to be, which was by our family that live there. It was very noisey at night with clubbers walking up the road, I would ask that your room was on the pool side of the hotel and not on the road side. |

We only stayed for one night so we didnt really get a chance to use the facilities or really look around the hotel. We all thought the breakfast was exceptionally good. |

Good location and value for money, We have stayed previously Two of the three lifts were out of action, which created long waits. Car parking is a problem |
