The location is good, security is good, the pool facilities are also quite nice and the reception area is also big and very pretty. The food is definitely second rate, quality is very poor. The all inclusive drinks are a joke really as there are too many exclusions. The hotel is set in a complex of several hotels all owner by hotel world, yet your all inclusive only includes your hotel, so you can't even try the others out for a future visit. Definitely a family hotel, not for adults only. |

An absolutely wonderfull development aprox 1.5km outside benal*. perfect family location. car absolutely necessary to get the most of of this place. stayed in mid june in a 2+2 apartment and was given the choice of all inclusive when we felt we would get value out of it. best pool area ever seen. only concern would be during high season with the extra hotels going up |

I would highly recommend the Holiday Palace, staff are very friendly, security to get into the hotel is very tight(safe feeling regarding who's around your kids on hols), kids club teachers are like angels they are so great. A large variety of food to cater for everybody taste. The staff couldn't be anymore helpful. Very relaxing place to go for your holidays. Entertainment for the adults could be improved, maybe a disco party, little cinema and a bowling alley for the kids!! They could also put in a machine that gives you change back for playing the games. |

I found from Arrival the Staff at the Hotel where extremly friendly and very very helpful. We had a brilliant break away and would highly reccommend this hotel especially to families young and old. My only two problems during my stay was our rooms had alot of dust could have done with a daily polish and the eveing buffet dinner in the restaurtant did not have a great selection for young kids |

I have enjoyed staying in the hotel, service was brilliant rooms were clean, I have enjoyed swimming pool inside and gym. Breakfast and dinner was amazing it felt like i was in a palace. The price for all of it was incredibly cheap. In the corridors there was a little bit of dust. They need to have clock near swimming pool area. |

We did not know about the construction works of the new hotel of the same company in front of us, day and night a lot of noise and dust!!! We left after the first night! The food was horrible, buffet does not work if there are a few guests only. |

Staff were friendly Food was awful bordering on disguisting.The hotel was on a building site that would give dirty builders a bad name.Indoor pool area was dirty and was not cleaned during our stay. Gym consisted of a running machine and some bad weight machines. I would not recommed this hotel. |

El todo incluído está bien porque ya no tienes que gastar nada más y las instalaciones del spa son muy buenas. Habitación amplia. Para salir a pasear tienes que coger el coche y no está cerca de la playa porque está como en un acantilado. Intentaron vendernos unas vacaciones para 30 años y nos hicieron perder una mañana entera de sólo 3 que estuvimos. Por lo demás bien. |

Buena atención del personal. Por donde empezar.... el hotel no tiene spa, tiene una piscina de recreo cubierta. No se puede considerar un spa un lugar donde los niños se tiran de cabeza, corretean, gritan, disparan con pistolas de agua... La comida en el beach club patética, si tienes niños estas de suerte, hay pizza, hamburguesas, macarrones...y los mayores? un solo pescado a elegir siempre reseco, una sola carne a elegir (chuletas medio quemadas)...solo se salvan las bebidas que habia variedad. En definitiva, muy caro para lo que ofrece, me queda la sensación de que conmigo hicieron un buen negocio |
