Loved having a kitchen with stove to cook our own meals. Decent bar downstairs. Room itself was very nice. The hotel is very big and overdone, much like Las Vegas in the states. It is part of "Holiday World." If you want a nice hotel to rest where you don't have to leave for anything, this is the place. I stayed in the off season, so it was eerily quiet but very cheap for what you get. If you're looking for Spanish culture, go elsewhere. Wifi was not good - slow and had to keep logging back in, couldn't use it on more than one device. Difficult to get to/from - you'll need a car or taxi. No access to the beach even though it looks close on the map, and nothing outside the hotel within walking distance. There are a few minor room design annoyances, such as having to lock the bathroom door for it to stay closed and the "large bed" was two small beds squished together so if you like to cuddle with your partner at night, one of you is sleeping on the crack. Had to call maintenance, who wasn't available until the next day, to use the bathtub due to the water-saving button. Security is tight to a fault - it would have been too much of a hassle to have someone come visit me. |

An excellent choice & quality of food, with a very impressive waterpark. Only spoilt by the pools being too cold in October (why no heated pool?), but, I've no doubt they would be perfect in summer. Hotel was beautiful, the staff were helpful and cheerful, food was great, very relaxing and in a great location for visiting all local towns. Would definately go back. Would have liked a nice coffee (I don't drink alcohol) and was a shame that you had to pay extra for the indoor pool and use of spa. |

All inclusive buffet restaurant ambience. We also liked the rooms and the quality of the hotel itself. The childrens mini disco was not advertised sowe only found out by chance on the last night. |

The rooms were fantastic, the beach club was good too The daytime staff were not very friendly, you had to pay for the indoor pool, you also had to pay for your snacks at the beach club 3.20 euros for a hot dog. If you were there for 3 days you had to pay for the other restaurants for example 26.50 euros for the asian restaurant per person! |

Our holiday was all about giving my partner a break and some fun for our child - and on both these counts it was successful. I guess the thing we liked the most was the pool at the hotel (rather than the beach club). Our little boy cannot swim and has a heart condition that means it would probably be too hard work for him to do so...so he loved just being able to walk into the pool as far as he was comfortable with, without the obstacle of steps. The floors in the rooms became very slippery when wet, and our boy slipped over and hurt himself twice. It was also slippery coming back from the pool to inside the hotel....also, a small thing, at the minigolf, although there was chicken wire stopping the ball going under the fence and over the cliff, there was none at the very end, and with children it is inevitable that the ball is going to go outside the course. I was able to reach through the bars with the club and retrieve the ball, but if it had gone a few inches further it would have been a very long walk around to get it. |

Luxury rooms, great food and drink, enjoyed the beach club, relaxing by the pool, high quality lots to do......facilities are great. Very family orientated hotel the only reason I would not return as was a young couple on a relaxing break but I would definately recommend to families. Not very friendly member of staff at check in. Entertainment at night was average some nights quite good some nights not so good. |

Dat het erg schoon en ruim was opgezet. Kamers zijn perfect voor gezinnen. Helaas worden de zwembaden nog steeds niet verwarmd in Spanje (op de whirpool na). Water is/was erg koud. |
