Loved having a kitchen with stove to cook our own meals. Decent bar downstairs. Room itself was very nice. The hotel is very big and overdone, much like Las Vegas in the states. It is part of "Holiday World." If you want a nice hotel to rest where you don't have to leave for anything, this is the place. I stayed in the off season, so it was eerily quiet but very cheap for what you get. If you're looking for Spanish culture, go elsewhere.

Wifi was not good - slow and had to keep logging back in, couldn't use it on more than one device. Difficult to get to/from - you'll need a car or taxi. No access to the beach even though it looks close on the map, and nothing outside the hotel within walking distance. There are a few minor room design annoyances, such as having to lock the bathroom door for it to stay closed and the "large bed" was two small beds squished together so if you like to cuddle with your partner at night, one of you is sleeping on the crack. Had to call maintenance, who wasn't available until the next day, to use the bathtub due to the water-saving button. Security is tight to a fault - it would have been too much of a hassle to have someone come visit me.

really enjoyed the look of the building/surroundings, food could be better, had better quality at 3 star hotels.

Hotel was beautiful, the staff were helpful and cheerful, food was great, very relaxing and in a great location for visiting all local towns. Would definately go back.

Would have liked a nice coffee (I don't drink alcohol) and was a shame that you had to pay extra for the indoor pool and use of spa.

Comfort was brilliant - food disappointing - but hotel was full. Will try new one next year in Holiday village.

The rooms were fantastic, the beach club was good too

The daytime staff were not very friendly, you had to pay for the indoor pool, you also had to pay for your snacks at the beach club 3.20 euros for a hot dog. If you were there for 3 days you had to pay for the other restaurants for example 26.50 euros for the asian restaurant per person!

Luxury rooms, great food and drink, enjoyed the beach club, relaxing by the pool, high quality lots to do......facilities are great. Very family orientated hotel the only reason I would not return as was a young couple on a relaxing break but I would definately recommend to families.

Not very friendly member of staff at check in. Entertainment at night was average some nights quite good some nights not so good.

El SPA tiene las piscinas demasiado frías y los chorros también, es increíble.

si por amplitud, necesita otro restaurante buffet ya que desde nuestra habitacion estaba bastante lejos y ademas las colas que hay esperar sobre todo si vas con niños pequeños para que te busquen mesa.

przestronne pokoje,łatwy dostęp do posiłków,właściwie stale coś było do jedzenia,bardzo przestronne balkony,rewelacyjny beach club,fajne baseny dla dzieci.Niesamowity hol przy recepcji

sprzątanie pokoju polegało tylko na wymianie ręczników i zaścieleniu łóżek(bez zmiany pościeli).Pościel została zmieniona może jeden raz(na 2 tyg).Hotel niedoczyszczony po wybudowaniu.bardzo trudne zejśćie do plaży

Creo que tiene que mejorar en mucho la calidad en la comida
