This is more 2* no way 4*although the room was useable the view was horrible the workmanship in bathroom was awful. Facilities none.parking 12euros per day.bar snacks choice of 1 toastie being cheese/ham. Would not recommend this hotel or even benidorm unless you are older than 110........ |

Solamente la ubicación Es 4 estrellas por el precio pero no por la calidad: poca variedad en el buffet, no barrían el baño (todos los días los mismos pelos), no hay prensa para consultar (la venden), la recepcionista no habla ni entiende español, en el baño no ponen nada más que jabon, gel y champú (ni peine, ni gorro de baño ni nada que darían en un 4*). En fin, para una vez... pero no vuelvo a este hotel. |

Pocos ruidos y aglomeraciones. El personal muy amable y colaborador. Buena relacion calidad/precio. En general, no es un hotel de 4* moderno, tanto en confort, comidas, habitaciones o sala de tv, pero tampoco es tan malo como cuentan algunas opiniones. |

Que nos ofrecieran una cuna para un bebe sin coste adicional. La gente de recepcion era muy amable. En mi opinion no debiera tener 4 estrellas, es mas un 3 estrellas. Y precisamente no es barato. Las instalaciones estan un poco viejas. Las camas pequeñas y la habitacion tambien. El baño bastante viejo. Para elegirlo confie en los comentarios de parejas jovenes y las fotos y he comprobado que me equivoque. |

Wij hebben slechts 2 dagen in het hotel verbleven. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en onze kamer was steeds netjes. Uitstekend ontbijt. Interieur is volgens ons aan vernieuwing toe. |

Le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas très aimable et conciliant, les places de parking sont rares et 12 euros la nuit. Les chambres devraient être rafraîchies surtout les sanitaires la ventilation faisait un bruit terrible cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. |

El restaurante Comportamiento del personal del hotel cuando al recoger el coche que tenía aparcado en el parking del mismo, me encontré todo el lateral derecho del coche arañado, arañazo producido por el personal del hotel, la respuesta fue que la única solución es que arreglara yo el coche, he pensado incluso devolver el recibo de la tarjeta de crédito, no por el arañazo, sino por la atención del personal. |
