We stayed for a two night break on Bed and Breakfast. The room was very clean, and comfortable. All the staff were very professional, polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, and plentiful.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! |

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful from arrival until departure, nothing was too much trouble. The resturant staff were excellent, attending when needed. Food was excellent. An all round very enjoyable stay. |

Really enjoyed the roofrop swimming pool as well as the jacuzzi looking over the sea. We went during early september where temperature was still 26-28 deg 5 out of 6 days and was fairly empty. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful when asking about the town. Retaurent staff came across quite rude, maybe beacause we were young or/and english!? |

The Agir is a nice clean relaxing hotel which is perfectly situated in the centre of Benidorm. The breakfast was very good and the free WIFI was very useful Clearly it was a little too expensive as we booked late |

The staff were very friendly and spoke English, which did help. The hotel was very modern, clean and fresh. The situation was excellent, only a stones throw from the beach. Being situated on the main road was not a problem and the noise was minimal. The complimentary use of the health club was a nice added extra and the roof terrace was great for sunbathing. Highly recommended. |

Great hotel. the rooms are excellent so clean and comfortable. Location was good not far from all the bars but far enough away to be quiet. The beach is 1 minute walk away. There is parking available off site but its close as well. The staff were friendly and the breakfast delicious. The free wifi in the rooms is a nice touch. |

hotel staff very friendly and spoke excellent english, the hotel is very clean and modern, breakfast selection in the lovely dining area was very good. free use of the jacuzzis, roof top swimming pool and steam room. easy access to the beach, old town and the lively bars/clubs area. |

Расположение отеля хорошее, в центре города, персонал приветливый, дружелюбный, современный стиль, ..... Удивляет скудность выбора еды на завтрак; все таки 4 звезды, ужины тоже очень слабенькие , т.е. никакие , вынужден был ходить в другие растораны. |

Pedimos la estancia con pensión completa y lo mejor fué que la comida no era buffet sino que elegias entre tres opciones de una carta.La cena si que era buffet. La piscina y el spa me encantaron. |

El personal es muy amable y atento. Está próximo a la playa y al centro del pueblo. Está reformado y limpio. Las raciones del menú son un poco escasas pero la calidad no está mal. Deberían tener alimentos específicos para personas con problemas de salud (bollería sin azúcar, platos sin sal, etc.) |

Muy bien situado, lo mejor del hotel Es un hotel caro, para los servicios que ofrece. Desde fuera se ve que es muy bonito moderno con mucha luz, pero en realidad lo bonito esta solo desde fuera, las habitaciones muy mal, pequeñas y se oye todo todo de las habitaciones colindantes, aunque suene mal hasta tirar de la taza... el vestibulo es pequeño, sin espacios abiertos, el restaurante muy agobiante, Me encanta Benidord pero no volvere a este hotel. |

Su cercania a la playa es lo mejor, lo hacia muy comodo y su facil acceso. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Demasiado caro en relacion calidad -precio, para estar clasificado 4 estrellas es muy justito. Las habitaciones no tienen lujo y el baño es pequeño |

Nada mas llegar me comentan que la media pension no incluye la bebida por lo que se me ira cargando a lo largo de la estancia en la habitacion. Por lo me comentan que page la habitacion a lo que le contesto que debido a que la bebida hay que pagarla le comento que cuando me valla pagere todo a lo que me dicen que ya se ha dada el caso de que ha habido gente que cuando ha ido a pagar no tenia dinero.por otro lado cuando accedemos a la zona de la piscina(la cual sabiamos que era pequeña)comprobamos que mas que pequeña era una bañera, en la que no nos bañamos por que habia dos personas ya dentro y practicamente no se cabia. Llega la hora de la cena, y en la pagina de internet dicea que era buffe libre ,cosa que no nes cierta. |
