They were as expected whereas often accommodation does not come up to expectations, basic but clean and spacious, we had two balconies with a sea view. Very easy to live in and TV worked fine and all plug sockets.

Being that it was a fully equiqed apartment you would expect a kettle but there isn't one so make sure you take a travel kettle with you if you like your tea or coffee.

spent about 45 minutes tying to park by the apartments. the information said three minutes walk to the beach, i would say this is about 20 and more on the way back as its up a steep hill. Kitchen very basic, no kettle, beds and sofa lumpy, and no en suite bathroom. front door to apartment had been broken into and repaired. a very tired and old looking place.

Near to centre of town, separate Bedroom, Bathroom & Kitchen. A washing machine. Large balcony...Large supermarket nearly next door.

The kitchen lacked a toaster although it had a microwave. At fiesta times in the evenings,there can be very loud fireworks going off very near to the apartments because they are next to a public park.

only stayed one night but very plesant

The apartments are basic, but clean they have everything you need, washer, iron, microwave, fridge frezzer, internet in the lobby. Staff all spoke english and were very helpfull. Full bath and gallons of hot water, close to all facilities, bus stop 200 yds away if people prefer the new town. There is car parking for about 15 cars, first come first served, get a card from reception to put in car window, Big Mercadona next door but one, sells everything you could need. Thers a park outside the door and the apartment block was very quite with a mixture of nationalities, all in all a plesant surprise, we paid 280 euro for the week, sleeps 4 although there was only 2 of us, would reccomend.

Only minus was no kettle, but we knew that and took our own, but plenty of pans if you don't.

The apartments are very spacious

No kettle in kitchen, needs more utensils and the sofa bed needs to be updated veryn uncomfortable!

The price was great. 10 minute walk to the city.

Hotel staff seemed to be upset that we had 4 people staying, even though that is what we booked for. Room was not clean. We required the sofa bed and was asked if we brought our own sheets and towells..Ran more like a backpackers than hotel. A little noisy however expected.

Hotel was noisy on two of the four nights we stayed.

Lovely big apartment. Well equipt kitchen and also had a utility room with washing machine. The bed settee was abit uncomfortable, and apartment could have done with aircon, although not too uncomfortable. Lovely spacious balcony with views to the sea which was nice. Looking at the apartment block I think they all faced the sea, but obviously the lower floors wouldn't get this. Fab supermarket next door, so ideal location. Slap bang in between old and new benidorm so best of both worlds. Lovely little pool which was never busy, so no saving sun loungers. Would recommend this place on a budget.

No bar, only vending services, but not really a huge gripe as the place was only somewhere to sleep and shower. Aircon was needed in the months of july/aug

The staff at the apartment were very helpful and kind especially Aristotle and Vale! The apartments are clean and fitted like a small us apartment with ac, microwaves, washer and other kitchen essentials. The pool and surrounding area was extremely clean. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the excellent beach and close to a supermarket, ATMs and an excellent barbeque grill takeout! A very tasty and cheap dinner place - ask for Ahmed! I strongly recommend these apartments if you are looking for good value for money accommodation close to the beach for individuals or a group. I will stay there again and would recommend it to all my friends.

Wireless internet access would have been nice. There is an internet point in the reception area but there is no privacy. Tip (not relate to the Hotel) : if you are traveling via alc use the public bus (8 euros [35-40 min]) and take a taxi to the apartments (less than 7 euros [5 min]). If your return trip occurs before the bus starts running in the morning take the last bus the night before and camp at the airport otherwise it is a 75+ euro trip!!
