The hotel was spotless throuhgout, staff available 24 hours per day, view from room/balcony was excellent, loved the bed linen good quality material & quilt very comfortable, great location for beach, nightlife, shops, amenities etc Fridge in room was not up to standard although we changed it for another it did not keep food/drink cold, breakfast should have been served until later ie:11:00am, personally I wasnt pleased with food although my partner liked it, no coffee served at dinner time, telephone in hotel room expensive, maybe just time of year but no sun at pool although beach about 3 minute walk |

Friendly staff and cleanliness of room and hotel in general. The location was as central as you can get with local transport running past the hotel. The only let down was the food in the restaurant. The evening meals lacked veriety and was to say the least well overcooked. It was fine if you just liked salads. |

Restaurant staff were wonderful. We loved everyone and might come back just on their account. Reception staff varied. Some really efficient and friendly, some the opposite. Comfort rooms, once you have checked out, are provided for freshening up before night flights. A fantastic idea after a day walking around waiting to go to the airport. Good firm mattresses. Cleaniness. No soaps for showering. I had to buy my own soap. Once, for three days and two people in the room, there was the tiniest soap eventually reduced to nothing. We then asked the cleaner for more and were provided with enough. No waste paper basket in bedroom, we had to ask for one. Could not dispose of empty water bottles or newspapers without one as the bathroom bin was too small. In 9 nights the sheets were changed only once and the white bedspread got dirty and never replaced. |

there was a good choice of food and the rooms were large and airey my only complaints were that you had to pay to use the safe in your room and you had to pay to park your car.i think in a 4* hotel both should be free to hotel guests |

was a very good hotel, with excelent services. If I will go againe in that area I am sure I will stay in thes same hotel were it is clean , the food it is execelent and the people are very friendly |

It is very close from the beach...this is great, and the location: close to stores and restaurants The pool it is very small...very disappointed about the pool...you can´t sunbath there..you must go to the beach. And there was no fresh fish in the restaurant |

It is in a good location for mature couples in June, the Benidorm Palis show was the best, an Indian restaurant (Saffron) up the road was also very good The road noise was un acceptable to us so did not sleep well, some noise also from people in corridors But worst of all was the noise in the restaurant from cleaning plates etc in the room, i could not here my wife talk across the table at times, extra staff clearing to the kitchen would resolve this, there is adequate staff to sell water with the meals! |

The location of the hotel was excellent so too were the pools and hot tub. The outside terraces were also very good and the decor was very relaxing and clean. The hotel staff were very miserable, they seemed to have had their personalities erased. I would not stay there again for this reason. |

The location was perfect, near the beach but quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast Buffet had great variety, we really enjoyed it. Our room was very comfortable. Pepes bar in the hotel charged us €10 for two drinks on the night we went in, the same two drinks outside the hotel cost less than €5. We went into Pepes for one drink one night, but due to price, never went back. |

We were very impressed with our room, very modern and comfortable and particularly the quietness, we were not disturbed by any noise at all from other guests or lifts etc although the hotel was more or less full. The buffet breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed a very very good meal at the A La Carte restaurant. Access to car aprking could be improved and was a little pricey at 10 eurose per day |

The staff were friendly, we could park at the hotel and it was central to Benidorm The buffet dinner was not at all suitable for vegetarians and a waste of money paying the extra for half board |

So Clean and modern. A great place to stay central to everything and the bus route.Only inprovement would have been tea and coffee in the roomsThe breakfast was excellent value for money nad a superb choice of anything including bucks fizz in the morning!!! |

The location was exellent The hotel had no atmosphere, there was no bar other than the cafe attached to the hotel. The room was although decorated nicely was very basic and my wife found it difficult as there was no mirror over the dressingtable. |
