Good value hotel. Buffet was excellent. Full board was the same price as bed and breakfast. The coffee from the machine at breakfast was terrible. The televesion could have done with at least 1 news channel in English as it was Spanish satellite tv. |

The dining room and staff therin where of a high standard and the hotel in general was very clean. Car park rates very reasonable.Very smart staff. We had a key card to enter the room and this expired at 11.30 when checkout was 12 noon this took several attempts to get in the room to collect our belongings from 11th floor. A bit uncooperative on this one although English spoken was very good. |

We had 5 couples together and 12 children or more from others staying in Benidorm. Was very nice that during rainy days or cold nights there was always something to occupy the kids. The shows they had were great for occupying the children, but the lengerie modeling was a bit too much, and I sat for 45 minuites in the auditorium(bar area) to save a seat for us and the children in the floor in front of us so we could see them, at the last minuite a woman and her husband brought plastic patio chairs from the pool and put them in the front of the line of seating and the waitors... |

the peice and quite yes we payed for in door parking and had to change to out side as it was so dark no lights and was terrified of falling as we couldent see wear we wear going also the amount of out side stairs from street level to the hotel |

i thought overall the atmosphere and staff where wonderfull. good amenities and food very good for buffet food. pools inside and out where clean there was even a mini gym. close to shops and centre ideal situation and with parking |

This hotel is well maintained and in a good location as it is very central in Benidorm so you can visit the Old Town, beaches or newer areas. It was good to have th indoor pool and Jacuzzi.The rooms were spacious and comfortable and there is lots of free parking in local streets I live in Spain and visit Benidorm regularly on business and this is not the best hotel that we have stayed in. When we arrived we had been moved to the adjoining hotel and we received a fairly frosty greeting and the first thing that happened was that they tried to charge us more than the agreed rate. |

The comfort of the rooms were absolutley brillant. Great location. Food was out of this world. Great choice of food. Play room for kids while you could sit and enjoy a drink. Would definitely stay here again. |

La situación es excelente; a pocos metrtos de la playa y junto a los locales de ocio nocturno, casco antiguo y compras. El bufet aprueba en cantidad y calidad. Muy bullicioso a la hora de la comida y cena. |

No me permitieron cambiar la cena pior la comida del dia siguiente y por telefono me dijeron que si, y el personal de recepcionno estuvo a la altura de como deben comportarse El personal de recepcion, y que no pudiese cambiar la cena por la comida |
