The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, The meals are ample, and the location is great, just far enough out of Benidorm to be pleasant |

Very comfortable room with a large bathroom. We enjoyed the architecture of the hotel and the gardens and planting. The food was very variable. Generally speaking the cold buffets at breakfast and dinner were very good. The hot food was not good. The public spaces in the hotel were very impersonal. |

That Deloix was two blocks from Camping Arena Blanco where our English friends stay. That you do not have a card asking room to be cleaned. Your cleaning staff do not know when the room is empty. Therefore, they failed to clean and make the beds one or two days. |

Very nice hotel with hanging plants on the balcony and garden in the middle of the hotel , you have a feeling that you are in the nature . We have arrived after midnight , the cold dinner was prepared for us . Good breakfast and dinner , wide variety of food . Spa area also good . Free wifi in the lobby . Value for money . safe in the room was out of order |

Close to the Benidorm Palace which we went to for the evening. Also plenty of restaurants nearby Breakfast was not very nice. Also could have done with additional tea/coffee machine as there was a long queue. |

Nice room and pool area, staff helpful. The quality of the food was poor, with very little meat, none of it of a very high standard. Less variety but better quality would have been preferable.e |

The hotel was excellent, My husband and I went for a short break for our wedding anniversary, we did not want to be in a high rise hotel.The location was very good and it is the ideal place for a get away from it all break, just outside of Benidorm but within easy reach as the bus stop was just outside. the facilities are very good ie. the spa and pool and the relaxing bar area. I found the prices in the hotel very good and in some cases cheaper than the local bars. The food was good and the service of all the staff was commendable. i highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again when we next take a short break or just want to escape the husstle and bustle. The beds were very hard and there should be a non slip bath mat for use in the shower. |

Hotel is not a high rise, well set out in 3 buildings around a central courtyard and has excellent swimming pool and spa facilities. Great for all ages. Rooms were spacious and modern with nice balconies. A little way from the city centre, but hence quieter. Excellent breakfast except for comments below. Restaurant had insufficient coffee and juice machines to service guests at peak hours and the quality of the orange juice let down an otherwise excellent selection. |

Very uncomfortable pillows and no alternatives. The bath/shower had a slippery surface and was dangerous to stand on. We would not choose the hotel again for these reasons. |

The balconies with the gardens, the spacious bedrooms and the swimming pool area and the friendly staff The food in general was good however,one night all of the main courses were either dried out fish and tough beef casserole which was dissapointing It would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms |

location was fine close to Benidorm Palace and not too far from the beach. Attitude of the reception staff was that they were more interested in their own conversations than with serving customers. |

The staff were excellent and very friendly. Could not handle the large numbers at meal times - the extra seating area opened up did not have any facilities other than fruit juice meaning a trek into main area for everything else. Also there was a shortage of fully operational high chairs for young children. A secondary bar area away from the very loud entertainment would be a welcome addition. |
