Gut geführtes spanisches Hotel, direkt am Strand, mit überwiegend spanischem Publikum. Das Mobiliar ist typisch spanischer Stil, hat dadurch etwas nostalgischen Flair. Die Mitarbeiter, egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder an der Bar, waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist aus dem Jahr 1963, befindet sich in einem tadellosen Zustand. Man merkt, dass immer wieder renoviert wurde um das Haus in Schuss zu halten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, haben einen großen Balkon, jeden Tag gab es frische Handtücher, die Betten wurden innerhalb unserer Urlaubswoche 2x frisch bezogen. Das Buffet war abwechslungsreich. Was uns gestört hat, war das super helle Licht in der Hotelbar, dass hat uns dazu bewegt, uns dort nicht aufzuhalten. Beim Abendbuffet waren die Speisen manchmal leider nur lauwarm. Die letzten beiden Urlaubstage waren die Handwerker im Hotel zu Gange, Wände wurden gestrichen, Bodenbeläge erneuert, usw. |

Schönes Hotel, grosse Zimmer, nette Mitarbeiter, ein ruhiges Hotel direkt an einem schönen nicht zu vollen Strand und doch nah am Zentrum von Benidorm Das Essen war mittelmässig |

A great four star hotel set in a perfect location which we would very much recommend to all our friends. Although the buffet meals were good they seemed to lack immagination. The deserts were always the same and never varied. One breakfast out of four was poor - couldn't the chef learn to make scrambled eggs without the end result being a watery mess? |

The rooms were clean and it was good to have a balcony in such a quiet area. Yes, the breakfast drove me crackers. It's not prepared well with staff setting up tables as guests arrive and it was confusing to find basic things such as spoons for cereal. |

Location and parking space I cannot understand how this hotel is actually recommended in the ratings and the references. Reception extremely unhelpful to the extent that they cannot even direct us to where the main attractions are. The rooms are ancient and dirty, we had a safe box without a key, and when we asked for a key turns out the safe box doesn't work. We cut our stay in Benidorm short because of this hotel. |

Reasonable price This hotel was very old fashioned. The rooms, although clean were very dated. The TV was tiny and had very few channels. The buffet breakfast was poor. This hotel is good for old people only. |

The location, close to the wonderful beach and amenities. Your reception staff were excellant in dealing with any problems we had and very helpful in all matters. Muchas gracias We were annoyed at having to pay 6 euros each for drinks on the terrace during the music entertainment, particularly as we were resident paying guests. Totally unfair! We would have liked the opportunity to take meals in your conservatory, but were told "its not possible" Why ? |

Läget var jättebra. Fin utsikt över havet o poolen från balkongen. Nära till affär och restauranter etc. Avgiften för hunden var hög och framgick inte vid bokningen på booking.com. Maten var sådär. Varmrätten till middagen var nästan kall. |

La plage à proximité et la tranquilité de l'hôtel. La plage est magnifique mais il ne faut pas tourner la tête, c'est "béton" à volonté, dommage... Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de transat réservé pour l'hôtel sur la plage. Il faut rajouter 4 euros par transat et parasol si l'on en souhaite. |
