the hotel is situated in the middle of everthing close to the shopping area , close to the beach, close to the entertainment. the staff were very helpfull and the food was exellent. there was not enough room around the pool |

We were only there one night but the receptionist was very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A bit noisy outside at night but it is Benidorm! |

The hotel is ideally situated for what I require, near to the nightlife but far enough away as not to be disturbed. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Have stopped at Helios four times now and will continue to do so. |

The bedroom was spacious,clean and comfortable. Bathroom facilities good. Reception staff helpful. Dining room clean and well serviced, helpful staff. Lift to the pool area useful for families with small children and those with a handicap or walking difficulty. The food was awful, hot food lukewarm, coffee ghastly. Number of lifts inadequate for number of guests. Would recommend this hotel for families on a tight budget. |

Very central, literally round the corner of the bar district and 5 mins walk from the beach. The room was very basic for the price, the beds had very thin matresses and the bedding was old and threadbare in places. The air conditioning wasn't very effective. Although the breakfast was nice, it was a bit cold. |

2nd time staying here. rooms are good size and very clean. It is 5 mins walk to the night life and the pool is big with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast was very bad. |

The Helios is very well located for shops, restaurants, clubs with entertainment and particularly the Wednesday and Sunday outdoor market. Beach was about a 10 to 15 minute walk. There is a nice pool area with adjacent bar. Restaurant buffet was good and reasonably priced (we were on B&B but took dinner as an extra). Rooms were spacious with a large balcony and suprisingly quite despite the nearby "nightlife". Nearby underground parking was a plus for us as we drove down from our house in inland Alicante. No negatives except I found the pillow a bit on the hard side! |

All the staff were really friendly. The hotel was very clean and close to all amenities. The elevators were vey small, there were only two whichn held 6 people. |

The room was clean and the bar area & poolside areas were lovely. Most staff were helpful & polite. The room was very basic and a little bit tired / worn. It didn't have things like a hairdryer, fridge or iron etc and you had to pay extra for these items as well as for things like safe, car parking etc etc. The room wasn't actually that reasonably priced when you add on all the extra costs. |

The staff were fantastic on every level, nothing was too much trouble. Would come again for sure. My children loved it, really thought it catered for all. Loved the breakfast Yes, i had to hand in my photo driving licence when i checked in, and then when i checked out (returning my card key and remote controls for the TV) my driving licence was not returned to me and as i had forgotten, i drove off with out it. |
