Very large hotel but lovely. Food was typical spanish/tourist food with plenty of choice, you wouldn't go hungry! Mainly spanish in the hotel but it wasn't a problem the staff spoke perfect english. Would definitely go back. Just one small thing they didn't have enough sunbeds. On the weekend when the hotel was a lot busier we couldn't get one at all. |

some management alot better than other's don't eat the food its bad //make sure of the bed situation before booking better the room twin beds not double //upgraded to suite and had nothing but trouble air con leaking etc they done nothing //took all day to sort out had our own swimming pool when we came back food left in the room more than 24 hours don't use conciarge they don't know what it is or what it does |

The pool was great/the breakfast was great/the room was lovely the quality(temperature) of the room service food was not great-quite slow getting food/drinks to the room,lack of english channels on the "sky" television-internet access would have been good in the room |

I have used this Hotel on several occasions however it was the first time I used the pool area(due to the time of year) It was very nice and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I originally booked 3 rooms with 2 persos sharing. Prior to arriving one of the party booked their own room leaving me in a twin on my own. On arrival I asked the desk clerk if there was anything he could do to reduce the cost to that of a single occupancy as the reception was busy he wanted us to pay when we left. |

The room is good, the swimming pool is cool.. you need to walk 1km for beach that is full of old people.. it is 1km to beach.. but locationis not bad.. |

spacious room and balcony. clean with good facilities in room and outside. Comfortable walk to seafront and would definately choose this hotel if visiting benidorm again. |

The hotel staff were very efficient spoke english and made our stay easy There was no dicipline in dinning room people ware taking excessive amounts of food ashamed to be English would have preferred the waiter to have said something. as I did not feel it my place |

The rooms and the Breakfast, plus the pianist in the Lounge, he is excellent. They have the slowest check-in in the world. Management should get a grip of this, anything over one minute for a pre-booked check-in, is not up to scratch. |

La habitación, grande He tenido que pagar el hotel por anticipado. La bebida no está incluida en el precio de la media pensión y se ha de pagar justo al terminar de comer y en efectivo. Para pedir toallas para la piscina has de ir a recepción y dejar un depósito de 10 Eur. Mucho rato esperando los ascensores (muy pocos para la cantidad de pisos/habitaciones) |

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. de kamers zijn goed verzorgd. De tuin en het zwembad zijn zeer mooi en goed onderhouden. Het ontbijt viel ook best mee. Het is de 4de keer dat wij in dit hotel logeren op basis van half pension. Het eten was een echte tegenvaller. Het voedsel was ofwel te weinig of te veel gebakken, te koud of uitgedroogd. De schotel met charcuterie van 's morgens stond er 's avonds weer en de randjes van het vlees waren al uitgedroogd. de spiegeleitjes waren niet doorbakken. De pasta leek van de avond tevoren gekookt en daarna opgewarmd. Er was eten genoeg maar een zeer slechte kok!!! Het personeel in het restaurant werkte niet efficiënt; tafels die niet snel genoeg gedekt werden zodat we ons bestek en borden zelf gingen halen. En wij waren niet de enigsten die ontevreden waren. Vuile tafelkleden werden niet altijd afgeruimd. De reuzengarnalen hadden een eigenaardig geurtje |

Excelentes instalaciones, piscinas, habitación con vistas estupendas. Habitaciones no lo suficientemente limpias. Coincidíamos a la vuelta de la playa con el servicio de limpieza, algo muy incómodo. La comida muy deficiente, ninguna variedad, y poca calidad. Poca ambientación nocturna. |
