Location very close to sea and edge of Levante beach was great. No English TV. Breakfast limited perhaps due to time of year. Bed uncomfortable and hot water scalding |

The location is excelent, is on the side of the beach resorts, it is quiet. The stuff was very friendly and helpfull. I was very satisfied. I would prefer a bit richer breakfast (vegetables were missing). A mini bar in the room would be also good. |

It is a very convenient location on the water front but just beyond the main promenade. This means it is relatively quiet and private but within easy access to shops, bars, beach etc |

The view of the mediterranean was beautiful. The hotel, while it looks impressive in the lobby, the accomdations were less than expected. We needed to change rooms because our sliding glass door would not lock and the shower head was broken and laying on the tub. Our second room was not much better, the front door would not close on it's own, the toilet seat cover fell off and the lighting over the bed was loose and hanging. The hallway was a virtual echo chamber as we could hear very loud noises, even the maids cleaning and moving furniture 2 floors above us! We realize this was a tourist destination and expected to hear some noise on the beach , we didn't expect the hotel to be so noisy. |

I have never been to Benidorm before ...absloutely loved it ....the young man on front desk was great ,as an Australian it was nice to chat to him as he has been there ..lovely man The only thing i didnt like ,was the fact that i asked twice for a double/king bed and when we arrived we had 2 singles and unless we were promised one not sure about coming back |

Great location, close to the beach. The staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday. Especially I would like to thank Marcelo for his help during last day of our stay. The breakfast everyday was the same so for longer stay was boring. In general for that money we were very happy. |

The hotel is as close to the beach as possible within 20ft from leaving the hotel you have a secluded part of the sea to swim in, Some staff did not treat guests as guests which was very enoying !!!! |

Very comfortable stay with an excellent location. The outside eating area was also very good with terrific sea view. The pool area was a bit disappointing as although it was described as outdoor it was indoors with the windows/doors opening out to the patio area. |

All round an excellant hotel the staff are very welkcoming and accommodating, hotel nadal we think is proberly the best sittuated hotels in benidorm right on the beach and wiyhin easy walking distance to the night life, The terrace bar is a perfect way to end the day it is so relaxing what a brilliant idea Thanks for a great Stay |

The staff were excellent and nothing was to much trouble late check out till 6pm we were grateful for that in the evening the hotel sets the terrace out with comfortable loungers seats and a bed to lay on very intimate drinks in bar pricey to other places but you are paying for the ambience breakfast basic |
