We have previously stopped at the Poseidon and the Poseidon Palace and this was our first stay at the Poseidon Playa. We found it to be comfortable and clean. Having stopped at the sister hotels, we did find that this one is a little way out from the centre, but as the weather was good, walking was no problem. However, the other two hotels are centrally placed. Did not hinder our enjoyment of the hotel. |

I liked the location in relation to the beech and also the friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel. I was a bit disappointed about the quality of the food. |

everything i have contacted your office because although we paid fully inclusive we were not allowed any drinks, it did state on confirmation that drinks and bar snacks were included but we were refused. Your office is hopefully dealing with this for us. |

We did not like the noisyness. Apart from the very noisy guests, slamming doors and footsteps in the corridor, we even could hear the people next to our room wispering , coughing and even snooring.That means that we did not sleep very wel during our two nights stay. |

La reforma del hotel se nota reciente y eso hace que te sientas cómodo. Hay wifi en las zonas comunes del hotel. El nivel de ocupación es alto incluso en noviembre. El servicio de restaurante está bien, con abundante y variada comida en todas las comidas. El personal del restaurante es estricto y no muy amable. Tuve la sensación de que estaban muy interesados en que todo lo que consumiese fuera "extra". |

La ubicación, la tranquilidad, el confort, el trato de alguna camarera muy amable. Sí, la escasez de ascensores que hace que en horas puntas tengas que bajar andando desde el piso que estés y para subir tengas que esperar bastante. Tampoco me ha gustado la sensación de acoso que tienes cuando se acerca la hora de finalizar las comidas y empiezan a desaparecer las bandejas, los postres, la cafetera... y si llegas cuando falta un cuarto de hora para finalizar, o ya no hay casi nada o tienen que sacarlo de la cocina y te sientes como culpable de molestar. |

las vistas,su ubicación, la calidad precio, el buffet, las instalaciones de la piscina, aunque no las pudimos disfrutar. las habitaciones un poco estrechas, ya que al ir con la niña pero bien si pudieran ser un poco más desaogadas estarían muy bien. y que no había zona infantil de juegos exterior, como unos columpios. |

La gentillesse de tout le personnel. Temps d'attente anormalement long aux ascenseurs lors des débuts et la fin des repas. Très surpris de n'avoir pas une carafe d'eau a table. |

Lo mejor es la ubicacion las habiyaciones y la vista al mar desde el balcon Los contingentes de gente mayor que ocupan todo el hotel muy mal educados.pocos ascensores.que no puedas firmar el tiket de la bebida en el restaurant y tener que pagar en el momento |

lo mejor del hotel es la situacion, frente la playa de poniente, y una zona muy tranquila. y las vistas son muy buenas. lo peor del hotel, son los ascensores, es orrible el tiempo de espera para poder subir y bajar. y que a partir del 1 de octubre haga el calor que haga no ponen el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, y es inaguantable parece que duermes en una sauna. |
