Staff on Reception were excellent and very helpful. staff in the restaurant were not very friendly and confrontational! Mayby a language thing? |

comfort and the position was ideal for the old town, there was a good atmosphere in the dining room, very bright and cheerful extractor was not working in the bathroom and waiting or the lifts was a bit frustrating. |

There was a wide range of breakfasts, like British, Continental and Spanish. This Hotel has got 4 starts but it does not deserve it. The water tap was dripping, bathroom door was damaged, the air-conditioning made a noisy of a tractor (if I switched it off then I could hear others air-cond.). They even charge you for keeping your own food in the mini-bar. Boiler-chicken feeling in a big factory (almost everything is standardized). |

The hotel is centrally situatedin a relitivly quiet area of Benidorm, close to beaches & the old historic town. We hadgood food with plenty of choice & the in house entertainment was very good. We were also surprised to have outside flat green bowling included in the facilities. My booking was for 3 persons but we also recommended 8 of our friends to take advantage of your excellent prices & ease of booking. Our only problem was the strict dining room rules of the dining room staff who would not allow us to have a table for 8 persons ( we were prepared to move the tables ourselves & replace them after the meal) we had therefore to dine on 3 seperate tables, not very... |

We enjoyed the evening entertainment. Waiter very pleasant. Bowls on site was an added bonus. We were a group of 9 people all together and were unable to sit together for meals as staff would not allow tables to be put together. No management in dining room. The swimming pool should be free for guests. All exta caps shoes etc. does not go down well as all extra cost |

Excellent location....staff...and facilities Rooms where not 4star standard....beds where the worst Ive ever slept in as they where on wheels and kept sliding away from the wall at night when you where in bed....any movement at all and off the beds went.... |

We had 2 overnighht stays in the Hotel, I only wish we had more days to enjoy our experience, we had a great time thelift to the new part of the hotel kept breaking down |

The facilities at the hotel were brilliant and the hotel itself was very central and good for parking. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful during our stay. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and we were given a free bottle of champagne from the hotel as we had mentioned it was my birthday. This was a very pleasant hotel and one we will defiantly go back to. Thank you. The pillows in the rooms were extremley hard. |

Good choice at breakfast and dinner. Pleasant bar with entertainment and reasonable drink prices. Quiet location but near to town centre. Single rooms are at the back and have no balcony. |
