The staff and guests were all very friendly and a nice atmosphere. The all inclusive package gave good value in terms of food and drinks. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The hotel was stylish, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Evening meals were a bit hit and miss in terms of choice. Lunches were much better. Although we saw a good show called spirit of the dance and they had a duo on one night for dancing the rest of the entertainment programme was very poor. |

es un hotel tranquilo escelente para ir con niños o con personas mayores , la animacion de la discoteca esta muy bien. se nota la falta de personal ya que las habitaciones no se limpiaban como devieran , solo te estiraban las sabanas y el baño ni lo tocaban , espero que lo corijan |

Su situacion diseño El bufet deja mucho que desear .todo lo que se debe servir caliente siempre frio (carnes ,pescados ,rebozados) ignoro de quien es dicha responsabilidad pero se merece un buen toque de atencion , solo esto te hace dudar en volver , todo lo demas genial- perfecto |

el hotel esta genial, un 10, bien situado, cerca de playa y del centro de la ciudad, instalaciones nuevisimas... nosotros elegimos el todo incluido y muy bien. la comida del buffet no hay mucha variedad pero esta todo muy bueno y es de calidad. lo recomiendo muchos extrangeros (pero bueno es Benidorm). la animacion nocturna un poco cutre y como la acababan de inagurar cuando fuimos el spa todavia no estaba abierto pero lo vimos y tiene una muy buena pinta. |

El hotel,sus instalaciones y la habitacion en general. Pero sobre todo el precio de la oferta que conseguimos. Tuvimos un problema con el grifo de la ducha que soltaba agua y empapaba el suelo y tardaron 2 dias en arreglarlo El comedor estaba bastante desorganizado y se formaban colas para pedir las bebidas |

La atención que presta el personal del hotel a los huéspedes es excelente. En cuanto a la habitación, es muy amplia y el baño también es muy grande. A su favor, el hecho de que está recién reformado. Dos aspectos. La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear. Y el servicio de catering no se corresponde con un hotel de cuatro estrellas. |

el punto donde esta ubicado y el todo incluido que ofrece,el hotel es nuevo y esta todo muy moderno,las habitaciones son amplias,hay tele plasma y las camas son confortables.el horario del bufete lo mejor 8:30a10:30/13:30a15:00/20:30a22:00 la animacion y la organizacion por falta de personal,la limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear,se nota que han abierto hace poco y no estan muy organizados,el spa y el gimnasio no estaban terminados |
