The room was poor standard. The bathroom was disgraceful - broken floor tiles, cracked and stained ceiling tiles and no ventilation. Food standard below average. Entertainment was zero. Not good value for 90 euros a night. |

The Hotel is ideally situated for Beach, access to Shops and Bars etc The Evening Meal Choice of Main Course Dishes and Vegatables was very poor for a Hotel of this catagory when compared with other hotels we have been to, in Benidorm, during 2009. In the Bathroom it was impossible to "sit" on the Toilet correctly, as it was too close to the bath ( Room 1019) |

Buffet -The staff is very unfriendly and rude, the parking was full and they didn't help us with ours car. Finding park around the hotel is very difficult. |

The Hotel is conviently situated for the beach,night life and the two parks of aqualandia and mundamar.The staff are efficient and helpful nothing is too much trouble for them to assist in making your stay a pleasurable one.I would recomend this Hotel to anyone looking for a clean friendly and central location in Benidorm The only negative (and this is just personal) I would like to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room |

Room was basic but clean. Reception on arrival poor - but different receptionist on leaving was excellent. Bad smell of drains in the room and in the hallways outside our room. |

La comida Principalmente 2 cosas: 1.- el hotel no tenía conectada la calefacción en el mes de Noviembre ni pensaba conectarla, ya que me informaron desde recepción que "no era temporada". Pues si no es temporada el mes de Noviembre, no sé cuando lo será. 2.- los horarios de las comidas son puramente ingleses (mayoría aplastante de los clientes del hotel), y para un grupo familiar como el nuestro con 4 niños, nos pareció excesivo que las 9.00h fuese la hora límite del desayuno y las 14.00h y las 21.00h las de la comida y cena respectivamente. Si estábamos de vacaciones por Dios... |

Das refeições. Bem confeccionadas, sempre a sair frescas, não repetitivas e muita variedade. Os hora´rios das refeições. De manhã o pequeno almoço deveria ser até mais tarde. De realçar a diferença horária espanhola ( mais 1 hora), que se aplica, quer a portugueses, quer a ingleses (talvez os principais clientes). Ao jantar f( entre as 7 e as 7 e meia) formava-se filas para entrar no restaurante. Deveria começar mais cedo, para satisfazer essencialmente os clientes (só os espanhóis é que jantam cedo). |

la ubicación y la comida. La habitación me decepcionó, los baños olían a desagüe, los ascensores tenían poca capacidad para la embergadura del hotel y en las horas de comida era todo una odisea cogerlos. |

La unica persona agradable que encontramos fue el segurata de la puerta, porque las recepcionistas eran .... Vistas a la piscina no estaban mal. Las recepcionistas, muy antipaticas.Buffet pensado para güiris. Pago de la habitacion nada mas llegar. Tv sin mando a distancia, habia que pedirlo en recepcion bajo fianza. Precio muy elevado para la calidad del hotel. Hotel de 3 estrellas |
