The shuttle bus service was first class. Excellent customer services at the hotel reception desk. Staff made as truly welcoming and helpful. Our hotel room clean and air conditioned. We were so pleased. Thank you again. |

The courtesy of the staff was above all excellent and made our short stay very welcome. I have travelled a lot and everyone from the coach driver to receptionist and catering were really exceptional which I thought was most remarkable and should be complimented. |

The service was excellent including the transfer to and from the airport. Also a good breakfast the next morning but it was a little disappointing not be to able to get a drink (the restaurant was closed) when I arrived at 10pm. |

The customer service of the staff is excellent as is the location. I have stayed there before and plan to stay there the next time that I visit Madrid. It is close to the airport and the shuttle to and from there is very good. No, I liked everything about it. |

Extremely convenient for the airport. Dropped off the car at night, took a freeshuttle back to the hotel, then took the morning shuttle back to the aiport (5 minute drive). It made the morning of departure much less rushed and hassle free! |

We chose this hotel because we needed to leave for the airport in the morning and were coming from Sevilla. It was perfect. Two blocks from the metro and an easy walk. In the morning their own shuttle takes you to the airport. In addition it was a lovely and immaculate room with a little enclosed balcony. |

Easy access to the metro and within walking distance of nearby bars and restaurants.Just one stop down the metro line from the airport so I never felt the need to use the shuttle bus although I was travelling light.Shuttle handy for those with a lot of luggage. Limited facilities,No bar or restaurant in the hotel,not even a mini bar in the room. |

excellent location, good breakfast, English speaking front desk, clean room, some good restaurants nearby shuttle service was effective but the claimed 15 min wait was really 1/2 hr both at the airport and from the hotel to the airport, but this is minor. |

I did like the free shuttle from and to airport, free internet access, the place, staff was friendly, breakfast was good The restaurant was closed at evening and around the hotel I did not find some Spanish restaurant, only bar so it was difficult to find something to have a good dinner. I was tired and not capable to go and search something. |

Good location (400 meters from metro): not far from airport - 1 station by metro only, 15 minets by metro from the center of Madrid. Rooms is simple, but very comfortable. No any noise from airport. Breakfast is sufficient. |
