Bilbao Jardines is located in the Casco Viejo section of Bilbao and is surrounded by great cafes, full restaurants, and great shopping. It is three short blocks to the metro and one block from the tram... these will take you anywhere you need to go when you are done walking. The staff is especially warm, welcoming, and helpful. The air conditioning did not always function properly. |

It is located on a quaint street in the medieval part of town. The rooms are nice, the people are friendly, it's a low rate, the area is lovely. The wooden floors throughout the hotel don't do anything to minimize noise. You can hear your neighbors as they walk in their room. |

Staff were helpful and the hotel is in the centre of the old town which is where we wanted to be. it was good value for money for being in the centre. We paid 195 euros for 6 people so that's pretty good for a city break. |

The location was very central. The room smelled of cigarettte smoke. The parking was extortionate, about quarter of a mile away and cost 47 euro for 3 motorcycles in on car parking space. |

Conveniently situated in the old town. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Buffet breakfast with good choiceof bread and pastries. Friendly staff. Because of its situation in a narrow street, and the wooden floors, there was a lot of noise at night from the restaurants and bars below and the hotel guests above, so no chance of getting to sleep before midnight, or later at weekends. |

Efficient and friendly with good services. We had requested a room with a view but was given a back room with no view instead of one overlooking the street. |

Bilbao Jardines hotel in the Old Town of Bilbao is very convienently located and close to shopping area and to its main train station. The hotel is very good option if you plan to stay one or two nights when visiting the town and the Guggenheim museum. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and also when we left, it was possible to pay by debit card. |

The room was good and quiet. Cabled internet connection (EUR5 deposit to borrow a cable) was good. Phone in room. Shower was good. Location very central. I left early, so I did not try breakfast. Only a few meters from the tram stop, Arriaga: get off the tram, take the street that leads away from the tram line (perpendicular to tram tracks) until the corner, turn left, and there is the hotel. Credit-card-type key to room also needed to turn on electricity in room. |

Good value hotel in the old town across the river from the Bilbao RENFE and FEVE Abando stations. Wooden floors can be noisy. |

Very difficult access if you are travelling by car & the parking was a good 10 minute walk, and at 15 euros per night was too dear |
