Una habitació molt confortable, amb minibar, plasma, lavabo innovador, amb ascensors molt ràpids, bon tracte professional i facilitat d'agafar el metro i a prop del nucli antic. Wifi gratuït a tot arreu. Una cremada de cigarret a la moqueta de l'habitació. Que s'hagi de pagar el pàrquing i el spa, que és caríssim. |

If talking about Bilbao, where parking is extremely hard to find, having parking spaces (even though charged 13 euros for 24hrs) is a relief. People at the hotel's bar should be much more friendly |

The air conditioning was not working in two diferent rooms that I was given after the failure on the first one. Because it was an exceptional hot day, the temperature inisde the room was unbelivable high! No solution from the hotel was found or given. |

Nice location - 15 minute walk into the old city centre. You have to pay to use the spa and there's no pool. Also, the WiFi is very intermittent - I lost connection roughly every 10 minutes. |

the room is clean and spacious, the bathtub was big, you need to make reservations for the sauna on busy times. we didn`t know until we went to the sauna ---- and it was actually a part of the hotel, but also a part of a fitness centre--- |

Bien comunicado por metro o bus del centro de Bilbao. Habitaciones modernas aunque no muy grandes. Solicité en mi reserva una habitación con una cama doble y al llegar me dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales. |
