El tracte del recepcionista i la neteja. L'aire condicionat no va acabar d'anar bé mai. La llum del pasadís tardava molt a funcionar. Sols hi havia una cadira a l'habitació i per tant les persones es tenien que asseure al llit i això feia que el matalàs fes pendent, cosa que va provocar que jo caigués del llit al tombar-me. |

La situació és força bona. És confortable i pots gaudir de la terrassa-bar al final de la jornada. El garatge no és massa "còmode" |

Old city center at walking distance. Great view of city, river and mountain area as well. Parking space under hotel. Nice lounch/bar facility. Lack of swimming pool. Airconditioning didn't work well or not at all. Spanish people in Bilbao might want to learn English and not dub the series on TV with Spanish if its origin is English. This way its easier to learn English and be of more and easier help to non Spanish speaking visitors. |

Great staff, lovely accomodations, very quiet so could sleep well. Paid Business Center computer very slow and printer didn't work but staff added extra time and printed out what I needed. Needs to have it's cache cleared daily. |

Did what it said. Funky room design (with the river view), very helpful front desk staff, a pleasant walk to either Goog or the old town. A bit baffled by the provision of an ashtray in our non-smoking room. Car parking quite expensive. |

Well located, comfortable room, very helpful staff Due to a wedding at the hotel, the first night was very noisy until 2am. When checking-in we should have been told about the party or been given a room not so close to the party. |

Very intersting and appealing architecture, ideal position close to Guggenheim Museum and town center. For Spanish standards, reception staff speaks fairly good English. The prize for breakfast is exaggerated, but there are nice little coffy shops in side street next to the hotel |

The room was very comfortable, the hotel staff was gracious and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night, and were very pleased with both the food and the service. |

The location is superb. 5 mins to the right is Guggenheim, and 2 mins to the left is Calatrava bridge. Architectural heaven. And the old town is 15 mins walk, while the new city is 34 mins. As well the tram which goes the length of the city is 3 mins walk. Our room was bright, clean with excellent bathroom. The bar downstairs overlooking the river, Goog, bridge and locals passimento was a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. As well the glasses of wine were very substantial. The reviews are the best way to assess a hotel; and the Hesperia reviews more than matched the experience. |

Nice architecture, spacy room/bathroom/breakfast area/entrance, wonderful breakfast, good location Airconditioning did not work well - room was too hot ; staff was ok but not friendly, especially with the breakfast ; Coffee at breakfast was not nice ; no water coocker/senseo in room ; Wifi did not work with mobile phone ; |

Location and quality of service Minor issue but the glass wardrobe doors did not fit properly and clashed when closing. Air conditioning poor/ineffective - not a problem in October but could be in summer. |

The hotel was very close to places of interest. The breakfast was healthier than most hotels, which is welcoming. We are a gay couple, and they put us in a twin room, but after complaining, we got a double bed we originally booked right away. I should have reminded them again when checking in. |

Great location, excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Room was small - bathroom in particular. Would have liked a soap dish - as soap kept sliding off the counter! |

Modern designer hotel, friendly and helpful staff, located close to the Guggenheim (rooms on the top three floors have a good view). Underground car parking on site. Quiet rooms available at side of building. Excellent choice for breakfast. No vegetarian |

the room was really nice, loved the decor, simple and stylish. the big open reception area is lovely. it was really good value for money. and i liked that there was an english channel on the tv. it has a good location on the river front and close to shops, bars etc. |

The location was great and it was very easy to leave the hotel for a day trip without driving through Bilbao. We also loved the views of the city and the Guggenheim from the hotel room. We usually try to stay in smaller boutique hotels and this was a busy business type hotel. We had booked it because of price and location. |

The purpose of our visit was to visit the Guggenheim Museum and the Fine Arts Museum, so location was great. The old town and city centre were within easy walking distance. The hotel service was excellent in all respects. |
