It was very close to the bus station so I was able to go to various places from Bilbao without difficulties. It has easy access to the Guggenheim museum. It also has close access to the tram and metro to go to the old part of the city and the puente colgante/ old port area. |

it is in very important place,near to down town,to metro-tram-bus stops,to termibus and especially for us,next to san mames stadium where we want to watch a football match.also,san mames was a point to find the hotel,if you were "lost" first days in the city! |

Good position for city trip. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. It offers a beautiful sight of the river and the city. Good parking facilities. |

The stuff was very friendly and helpfull during our stay in the hotel. Furthermore the room itself had been cosy and convenient. I would suggest it to anyone who wants a place to relax. On the other hand the location is maybe a problem, but as it is close to the metro the distances are rather short. |

Staff helpful and room comfortable.Location good for bus station. The hotel restaurant was closed. It was a holiday but expected it to be open for residents. |

Comfortable hotel. Free Breakfast provided. Within reasonable walking distance of Guggenheim but quite far from old town centre. No tea available at breakfast, except herbal chamomile tissane. Small shower screen and not enough soap. Beware lift door, it can close on you and will bruise. |

Very helpful staff, lovely rooms, good food available in the bar and good location for the Guggenheim - we took a tram which stopped only 100 yds from the hotel. The only problem we found was arriving on the evening of a football match - the stadium of Atletico Bilbao is right opposite the hotel - and the police would not let us access the hotel until the game started, as they said it was too dangerous for pedestrians. |

La cama de la habitación doble, tan grande. Conseguimos un buen precio reservando con antelación. La ubicación, aunque no está lejos del centro, se encuentra en una zona un poco apartada y ahora no muy bonita por las obras cercanas. |

Que está cerca del centro pero a la vez es silencioso. También nos gustó que es un hotel relativamente pequeño y que su altura no excede de los tres pisos.También nos gustó el restaurante "El Botxo"y que tuviera una terraza en el bar y el acceso al parking era muy fàcil.También que cuando lo vimos por Internet, nos pareció moderno en sus instalaciones Faltan indicacions para llegar al Hotel. Al entrar por la Avenida Sabino Arana, no se puede girar a la Izquierda y has de dar la vuelta al monumento al Sagrado Corazón para después girar a la derecha y cruzar las vías del tranvía. Quizás pondría más indicacions en el monumento del Sagrado Corazón. |

Wir waren im alten Teil des Hotels untergebracht und das Zimmer sah etwas vergammelt aus. Ausserdem finden wir den Preis für das Frühstück ziemlich hoch (EUR 13.00). |
