Rustige wijk tegenover voetbalstadion en dichtbij busstation. Metro, tram en trein op loopafstand. Schone en rustige kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. De bedkussens waren zeer matig. |

goede parkeermogelijkheid (wel redelijk duur)...vlotte bereikbaarheid en toch dicht bij centrum gelegen redelijk veel lawaai , dure keuken , duur ontbijt (12.5 euro) , onze kamer was dringend aan herstel-en opknapbeurt toe |

De ligging t.o.v. het centrum en het eenvoudige vervoer per metro naar de beursgebouwen De prijs/kwaliteit is echt buiten proportie; geen slechte kamers, maar veel te duur. De mogelijkheden om gezellig iets te eten zijn zeer beperkt. |

It was very close to the bus station so I was able to go to various places from Bilbao without difficulties. It has easy access to the Guggenheim museum. It also has close access to the tram and metro to go to the old part of the city and the puente colgante/ old port area. |

it is in very important place,near to down town,to metro-tram-bus stops,to termibus and especially for us,next to san mames stadium where we want to watch a football match.also,san mames was a point to find the hotel,if you were "lost" first days in the city! |

Good position for city trip. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. It offers a beautiful sight of the river and the city. Good parking facilities. |

The stuff was very friendly and helpfull during our stay in the hotel. Furthermore the room itself had been cosy and convenient. I would suggest it to anyone who wants a place to relax. On the other hand the location is maybe a problem, but as it is close to the metro the distances are rather short. |

Staff helpful and room comfortable.Location good for bus station. The hotel restaurant was closed. It was a holiday but expected it to be open for residents. |

Comfortable hotel. Free Breakfast provided. Within reasonable walking distance of Guggenheim but quite far from old town centre. No tea available at breakfast, except herbal chamomile tissane. Small shower screen and not enough soap. Beware lift door, it can close on you and will bruise. |

Very helpful staff, lovely rooms, good food available in the bar and good location for the Guggenheim - we took a tram which stopped only 100 yds from the hotel. The only problem we found was arriving on the evening of a football match - the stadium of Atletico Bilbao is right opposite the hotel - and the police would not let us access the hotel until the game started, as they said it was too dangerous for pedestrians. |

El desayuno es muy completo, abundante y de gran variedad. La relación calidad/precio muy bien, ya que me salió bastane económico. La ubicación era idónea ya que fui para asistir a una función al Euskalduna, que se encuentra muy cerca del hotel y se puede ir andando. Es un hotel de 4 estrellas al que creo que le sobra una. La puerta de acceso a la habitación era muy "sensible", ya que a la mínima corriente de aire o cuando alguien abría o cerraba otra puerta, la de la habitación daba unos pequeños golpes. |
