eigen parkeergarage, vriendelijke receptie, kamers ruim restaurant straalde geen sfeer uit/ontbijt erg duur, maar in zo'n stad los je dat aan de overkant van het plein makkelijk op. Bij de SPA wilden we wat info hebben, er stonden 2 dames niets te doen, en 1 was bezig en toen wij in ons beste Spaans een heel kort vraagje stelden aan de nietsdoeners werden we scherp terecht gewezen en zijn we zonder blikken of blozen weg gegaan. |

This is a perfectly hotel, It is modern, the staff are very helpful and the price is so nice. Clean, large rooms with modern amenities. It is two minutes from the nearest metro station. It’s also quite easy to walk into town in about 5 minutes. |

Room was comfortable - very clean, fresh, good size. Service good and reception service excellent. Location is very convenient for visiting the Old Town, a little out of the way for everything else, but has a convenient underground stop a 5 minute walk away. |

Well designed and comfrotable, though this has the feel of a business/international hotel: there was nothing that said Bilbao, rather than any other city. We were too busy to use the fcilites much so cannot comment on them. We had breakfast on our second morning as we were in a hurry. It was too expensive for what we got. But this is so typical of business hotels: business accounts make the breakfast unreasonable for the holiday visitor. |

Very friendly staff, good location, wide beds and it has private parking. Free wifi internet is also a thumbs up. From my point of view, it isn't really a 4 star hotel. Air Conditioning in the room needs to be improved, as the room was very hot. The price for parking was high. Breakfast could also be improved (better fruit required). SPA facilities means extra charge. |

Centre of city, close to shops and restaurants. Clean room, absolute silence, kind staff. The spa is not included in the price. A number of hotels advertise spa facitlities but don't clarify whether it's included in the price of the room. In most cases it's not, but one would appreciate if this information is clear-cut from the beginning. |

It's convenient location, cleanliness, quietness. The food from your restaurant, I felt was quite expensive. A greater selection of lower priced items would be nice for families on a budget. |

Only the central location; the rest is terrible. The breakfast is horrible, bad quality of food and beverage, very poor in terms of food options. To summarize the hotel should be downgraded in its classification to a 2 or 3 stars as a maximum. Very low quality in general way, not corresponding to the value paid in any circumstance. |

Nice rooms, excellenr location Information on site is misleading at best. Internet is not free. You can get 10 minutes for free, but that was broken. Prices were 9 Euro per hour!! The hotel does not have a sauna, or massage, or anything. They have an agreement with an other company in the same building, but that requires a reservation at least 2 weeks up front, and even just sauna is payable. |

It's a lovely place. People are very kind and they were very helpful. Bilbao is a very interesting place to visit and this hotel is a good option |

Excellent accueil,chambre propre,conforme à ce qu'on attend d'un hotel 4 étoiles. ....La vie nocturne du Samedi soir dans les cafés alentour se prolonge(très) tard!!!L'insonorisation est insuffisante. |
