Modern, well organized, great staff and proximity to The Guggenheim Museum, an architectural masterpiece and work of art in it's own right. Views from the museum facing rooms and breakfast room were stunning. |

the room was top rate and very comfortable and the location, for my purposes, was unbeatable the Hotel food was reasonably expensive and whilst the quality was good the servings were "small", I ordered Cod and that was served as a slab of fish in a brown sludge of a sauce and nothing else, not even a sprinkle of parsley |

Great design, well finished details. Smart, well trained staff. Excellent breakfast. Car parking in hotel. The kit of bathroom products ( soaps etc.) had not been changed from previous occupants, some half used, some boxes empty! Not what one expects from one of the Leading Hotels of The World. we pointed this out and it was changed instantly but this should not happen. There were also stains on the wall covering next to the bed, it seems that housekeeping is a bit haphazard. |

We loved our stay! The design of the hotel is amazing - attention to detail throughout, even down to the coordinating scultures and wall paintings. We were very impressed with the location, and the roof top terrace for breakfast, boasting excellent views of the Guggenheim! Service and friendliness of staff also excellent! |

There was an excellent bed waiting for our dog!!! and two bowls. They realy accept the pets. Reach breakfast on the roof with the view on the museum was compensation for the room without window. Hm, there was no window in the room! :-(. Perhaps it was a "price" for traveling with the dog. To expensive price for hotel parking. A little to small bed for two persons. |

Right beside the Guggenheim and not far to the tram. The old town is a shortish walk (or a quick tram-ride) up the river, the shops are a shortish walk towards the centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Definitely deserves 5 stars and absolutely worth the money. The breakfast (in bed) is not close to being worth the price, and the newspapers didn't arrive. |

This hotel has a perfect mix of great location, cool design and wonderful staff. The views from the 7th floor restaurant overlooking the Guggenheim are exceptional, and the price/quality ratio would be hard to beat in any city location. All service personnel were very professional and friendly. |

The location and design of the rooms was great (apart from the pillar that interrupted the view of the Guggenheim, and the view from the terrace quite stunning. The restaurant food was very good. The bathroom was a real treat, and the luxury cosmestic among the best I have enjoyed anywhere (although rather hard to get out of the square bottles). The only thing missing was an electric kettle and cup and saucer to make a cup of coffee. The pillar that interrupted the otherwise wonderful view! I was fortunate that I was there on the weekend and not affected by the noise from the road works, but I can imagine that would reduce the enjoyment of the hotel. |

The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom with all the amenities, staff spoke excellent English and were both welcoming and helpful. Hotel had a fantastic location right next to the Guggenheim though it was a little difficult to find in a car... The laundry prices were exorbitant to the point of being both ludicrous and criminal. As with most luxury hotels, it's difficult to feel that one really gets good value for the price paid, but on the other hand we enjoyed our stay. |

Great localization! In front of Guggenheim. Wonderful breakfast, in the 7th floor with a with a view the museum. The room has a nice feature:a view to the shower. When someone ask you the key of the car to park it in the hotel's garage, please let you know that there is a cost of 18€ per day! |

The room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing in both size and design. The staff was professional and very helpful. The rooms were not properly sound proofed and you could even hear people's conversations from adjacent rooms. |
