En línies generals és un hotel molt agradable i ben situat. La calefacció de l'hotel no es podia regular de de l'habitació i feia massa calor a la nit.Ens van donar una habitació que necessàriament havies de pujar o baixar escales per anar -hi. |

El tamany de l'habitació, que hi havia habitacions per a fumadors i la situació a la ciutat. Es podria millorar la higíene de les habitacions, els pots de xampú i gel es reomplen i no sempre estan molt nets i la moqueta de terra no estava del tot neta (hi havia algun pel). |

El desdejuni buffet. Hi faltava a l'habitació els dos butacons amb tauleta de centre. I no es podia apagar la calefacció del bany. |

The room was excellent - spotless bathroom and bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Good location, friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was excellent. |

Hotel location, quite large room, hotel facilities and excellent brakfeast. The pre reserved car park spaces like: first come first park bassis. |

It is a very nice hotel. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I would like to eat the breakfast again. The location is a little bit problem. Not so far from the center of the city, but not so close. |

The staff were very friendly and had very good English,the rooms were spotless and the bed was very comfortable the breakfeast was really good, its a lovely hotel. |

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The buffet breakfast had everything you could sak for,first class. Some of the reception staf were not particularly friendly or helpful. |

The staff weren't friendly or helpful. there was a leak in the ceiling by the air conditioning and we reported it and they did nothing about it. We weren't welcomed when we booked in we barely got a hello. |

The hotel was very comfortable, the rooms were big, the breakfast buffet enormous. Staff was always ready to help and very friendly. I would recommend it to everyone. |

Comprehensive choice at breakfast. Difficult to find hotel and even more difficult to find hotel car park. Once we found the hotel, a member of staff drove with us to locate the garage, which was only in the next street, but difficult to get to through the one way system. |

The two ladies who served in the restaurant on the Wednesday night (8th) who were lovely people and most professional. Noise during the night from the porter and his bins from the hospital opposite. |

Flexable staff, we complained about the smell in the room(Smokers-room) and immediately we got another room You have to manage,with your luggage, 3 (small) staircases(1 up, 2 down) before you can use an elevator, and there is no hotel-employe who is willing to help you. |
