La habitación en la última planta estaba muy bien; muy tranquila y acogedora y las camas comodísimas. El personal de recepción muy amable (nos dejaron entrar antes de las 12 sin problemas) Nada en particular (solamente estuvimos una noche). |

Su proximidad Habia una bolsa de patatas en la repisa del escritorio y pensabamos q era un regalo, el ultimo dia al irnos, nos querian cobrar 1,50!! Se la devolvimos (menos mal q no la habiamos comido). Sobra la moqueta (para gente alergica, nos pasamos toda la noche estornudando). |

La ubicación es excelente. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y con todo lo necesario. Pedimos vistas al exterior y nos dieron un buen piso con vistas excelentes. La entrada y recepción dejan bastante que desear. Y que no se deje el uso del ordenador gratuito para consultar o enviar correos para los huéspedes. |

Situación céntrica (casco viejo). Limpieza. Buena relación calidad precio (habitación doble exterior). Carece de parking (hay uno público a unos 300-500 m). Ligeramente ruidoso por estar al lado de calle con tránsito (pero no impide conciliar el sueño). |

Su situación y la limpieza de la habitación. Dejé dicho que no cobraran de la tarjeta con la que hice la reserva y cuando fui a pagar con otra me dijeron que ya la habían cobrado. Nadie había dejado constancia de mi petición cuando me habían confirmado que así se haría. |

Hotel centrico y muy comodo al centro del casco viejo. El parking Arenal esta tambien a 50 m del hotel. Quieto par dormir mismo si son las fiestas de bilbao. La habitacion esta simple pero moderna y tiene lo necesario para su estancia, tambien todo muy limpio. Personal agradable y profesional. La cafeteria del hotel esta al lado y practico si quieres tomar un cafe, o un bocadillo despues del desayuno. |

La posizione, comodo per raggiungere tutti i punti della città. Rapporto qualità/prezzo. Stanza e bagno abbastanza grandi e curati. Ma soprattutto... c'è il bidet. Manca il garage anche se quello pubblico è molto vicino e comodo. Con la finestra aperta si sente un po il traffico della strada anche se l'albergo è molto tranquillo. l'aria condizionata non è proprio silenziosa. |

El Hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de Bilbao y la atención del personal ha sido muy buena. La habitación era amplia. No funcionaba bien la ducha, pero lo solucionaron rápido. No tienen parking. |
