The room we had was large and quiet. The bathroom was nice. The breakfast was okay. In general the hotel is already be a bit run-down. Renovation works should be carried out. The carpets in the corridors are already used up. The door was not very solid, I guess easily to break. For a budget accomodation it's okay. We arrived at rush-hour and I could not park the car for one minute in front of the hotel because the street was quite narrow and in addition some works were carried out in this street. I had to park the car elsewhere, get the key for the garage at the reception and then finally park the car in the hotel garage. Therefore I would not recommend this hotel for people travelling with a car. In top of it the garage was more expensive than indicated by booking.com It was 8Euros + 7% vat instead of the indicated 7.50e |

good central location. Very helpful staff, and reception staff in particular had excellent english which in view of my non-exisent spanish, was great. Quite noisy street, and very thin interior walls but for the price wouldn't fault it. |

The staff were very friendly and helpfull, the room was basic but very clean and, particulary the maid service coming in each day with clean sheets and towels when only a 2 night stay was booked. The hotel is certainly value for money Parking was a bit restrictive and did not cater for commercial vehicles which may be a considerable contribution to bilbao because of the nearby port |

The woman who works in the mornings is fantastic and helpful. She was kind, and spoke slowly (and even in English) when she saw me struggling with her Spanish. It was exceptionally helpful and made the stay worthwhile. When the Internet did not work in my room, she also provided me with an ethernet-based Internet jack that allowed me to use the internet in the room. |

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Continental buffet breakfast good and reasonably priced. Parking nearby in secure underground carpark. Rooms clean and comfortable. We arrived late at night and found the area around the hotel a little intimidating, however all was ok. |

Generous bathroom. Comfortable bedroom with excellent facilities. Overall an excellent room and very friendly staff and good breakfast. Noise insulation - I could hear people in other rooms and in hall very clearly. |
