I thought the hotel was dated and needs a freshening up..The room was very tired looking and not very attractive or comfortable...also the pool hours are very limited |

you could get easy from the airport to the hotel,it was very close to the beach, it had a very big restaurant with a good program, outside the hotel is the meeting poit for many trips like Jungle park, San Miguel Castel,etc, tv channels in 4languages english,german,italian,spanish the furniture and the painting in the hotel room are a little too old, and this was unpleasant(I speak on the behalf of my room) |

Het zeer uitgebreide buffet zowel 's morgens als 's avonds, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, voor wie wil: de vele activiteiten, kindvriendelijk, relatief rustige ligging en toch dichtbij het uitgaansleven 4 liften doch dikwijls lange wachttijden op piekmomenten, internet enkel met eigen laptop beschikbaar en dan nog zeer duur ook |

Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed. Voldoende faciliteiten, iedere avond animatie. Buffetten 's morgens en 's avonds voldoende keus, voor een ieder wat wils. Personeel is vriendelijk. Kamers zijn schoon, verder is alles aanwezig. Misschien iets gedateerd, maar echt geen probleem (je slaapt er alleen maar). Kort bij het strand en de luchthaven. De bedden, vrij hard. |

Wij komen er al 8 keer en het meest positieve is het personeel. In een woord geweldig. Wij hadden half-pension en zijn erg te spreken over de kwaliteit van zowel het ontbijt als het diner. De inrichting van de kamers is oud. Het weinige meubilair is sterk verouderd en kapot. Alleen de bedden waren vernieuwd en in heel goede staat. Hoewel er niet gerookt mag worden, hing er een doordringende tabaksgeur in de kamer van vorige gasten, die na ons 15-daags verblijf nog niet helemaal verdwenen was. |

El gimnasio, la piscina y el bar junto al karaoke. Iberostar obliga a pagar las habitaciones antes de su uso, nada más llegar. Al contrario que en cualquier otro hotel que se realiza el pago cuando se hace el check out. Pedian una fianza de 10€ por la toalla de la piscina. El suelo de la bañera tenia toda la pintura levantada. No disponen las habitaciones de minibar, solo una nevera vacia. Las habitaciones no corresponden a un hotel de 4... |

Bonne situation géographique en bord de mer et dans l'ensemble services très satisfaisants Architecture extérieure très datée et nécessitant des travaux sur le front de mer. On ne choisirait pas cet hôtel sur son aspect extérieur. |

Goede service. Groot hotel maar toch vlotte afhandeling. iets meer aandacht aan "douche " zou het hotel eenvoudig ten goede komen. ( bv boorgaten in de muur\ slecht afgewerkt) |

La posizione ottima! La mezza pensione eccezionale, buffet fornito , abbondante e vario.La camera pulita. La vera vista mare, cio le stanze con vista verso la piscina dell'albergo si posono avere soltanto pagare un suplemento di 50 euro a camera la settimana 'naturalmente' senza fattura. Tutto cio non fa onore alle quattro stelle. |

Pyszne śniadania, hotel czysty i łatwo go odnaleźć. Przywitano nas lampką szampana. Spod hotelu odjeżdżają autobusy do okolicznych atrakcji turystycznych. Bliskie plaże. Widok na morze i góry jednocześnie z balkonu. Czyste pokoje. Brak klimatyzacji w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu był uciążliwy już w maju, co prawda była zamontowana w ścianie dmuchawa, lecz nie chłodziła ona pokoju. Hotel przylegający do naszego urządzał głośne wieczory dla gości. Nico za daleko od centrum miasta. Baseny mniejsze niż się wydaje na zdjęciach. |
