la relacion precio/habitación ya que te permite pasar una noche en benidorm con cena incluida de forma muy economica sobre todo para jovenes que quieren salir de fiesta. la inexperiencia de los camareros en el comedor y en el bar. |

Tiene muy buena situacion en la ciudad. Es un poco antiguo. Esta enfrente de la policia y no se puede entrar en esa calle. |

finalmante nos alojamos en el hotel fleming,el hotel brasil estaba cerrado.este hotel no me ha gustado nada. parecia una pension y no un hotel, y encima nos hicieron pagar las bebidas en la cena,que decian que no entraban. |

La comida es bastante buena y la ubicacion del hotel cerca de playa,el resto un desastre:en recepcion personal muy borde,por el frio necesitamos unas mantas mas y tuvimos que pelearnos para que nos los de.los colchones malisimos, salimos con dolores de espalda. La bañera,el lavabo sucios,la limpieza bastante mala y encimel personal de limpieza maleducado. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. El personal tanto en recepcion como el de limpieza es muy borde. Cuando nos instalamos en el hotel descubrimos la bañera y el bide sucios, y en las proximas limpiezas el espejo,lavabo, bañera no se limpiaban. Tendrian que cambiar de personal deja mucho,mucho que desear. No volvere a este hotel y tampoco lo recomendaria.es una verguenza. |
