The staff were very helpful and it was nice having extra little goodies in the room. The hotel is in the old part of Burgos and is well placed for seeing the sights. I had a room with a balcony which had obviously not been swept for a few days (large crumbs and cotton buds were just a few of the items lurking). |

Used as overnight stopover enroute from France to Spain med. Accomodation & secure parking were excellent albeit that the parking was expensive. Dined in hotel, the meal was very good & value for money, 5 minute walk into the lovely town of Burgos although difficult for anyone with mobility problems as the hotel is uphill of the town centre. The price of secure parking |

Location. Terrible experience. There was a pilow missing, and hotel didn't have enough pilows. Terrible reception employees. It is not a four star hotel. Very hold and unclean. |

The location of this hotel was really nice and the view was good. The restaurant was really good too, especially for the price. Good sound isolation between rooms too. The girl on reception could smile occasionally, :-) or should that be :-( ? |

Everything was perfect: staff, rooms, lobby, location (5 minutes to the cathedral). Real pleasure to stay. Larger sauna at the pool would be nice. It must be the smallest sauna in the world - too small even for 1 person |

Ecellent position close to all sites in Burgos and you can leave your car and explore on foot. Rooms were comfortable and very clean - great to have a pool at the end of the day. We wanted to sit ouside in the shade and relax with a cool drink, but this hotel did not cater for this. Only 5 outside seats in the whole hotel and these were in the full sun by the pool. |

The room was big and clean. Facilities were ok. Location vs. Cathedral is perfect. Swimming pool much smaller than expected / hence misleading picture on the website. Hotel staff could have been more friendly. |

The location is a plus (very near to the city center). The bedroom is normal for a 4* hotel. We asked for a craddle but they forgot to put in the bedroom. After 3 hours, the staff gave us the cradlle for us to carry it to the room and to set it up. The next time, I'm going to ask for a tip to my wife. I would not recommend this hotel for those with small children. The car parking is expensive and not necessary. |

Staff was curteous and helpfull. Hotel is in good location with east access to town center. Rooms are a bit sterile - more like a motel on the highway. A bit cheap looking. The interior does not match the exterior. |

This is a very good hotel situated very close (five minutes' walk) to Burgos Cathedral and City Centre. The air conditioning system is excellent and the secure car parking is very good. Breakfast is quite expensive and the restaurant seems to be reserved for private functions quite often but there are many other restaurants and bars near-by The hotel is located on the side of a hill and, if you are on foot, there is quite a steep climb up a staircase from the street and from the secure parking to the hotel's main entrance. The otherwise very good bedroom furniture has no drawers but only open shelves. |
