It was central, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff were helpful and the hotel was clean and well cared for. Rooms could be more sound-proof (guest next door had television on very loudly and this kept me awake). |

Pleasant, well located Failure of hotel staff to provide guidance to guests needing food on christmas eve when all restaurants were shut. We only ate because waiter at closed café next door came out to the street to tell us where one place was open |

Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es que es que está a 5 minutos de la catedral. Lo peor es que está muy sucio. Las cortinas llenas de mugre, se ve polvo por todas partes... |

La Ubicación es muy buena a pocos pasos de la Puerta de santa María que da acceso a la catedral. A pesar de estar reciénre formado, y eso se nota, habian detalles en la habitación, como que no tienia persiana (varias cortinas que no llegaban a cubrir 100% la ventana) y habian tapado una ventana con una pared falsa que no es muy estable y se veian las grietas. |

Prima locatie vlakbij de kathedraal. Schone, comfortabele kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Parking is lastig; alhoewel er een parkeergarage op 50 meter van het hotel is (13 euro per dag). Geen mogelijkheid voor ontbijt (maar misschien is dat wel mogelijk in een ander seizoen, er was namelijk wel een restaurant aanwezig) |

su ubicacion, y el precio de la habitación que permite pasar un fin de semana sin que el hotel suponga elevar fuertemente el coste de la escapada Las humedades de la habitacion que daban un olor que no lograban taparlo los ambientadores. Es una pena |

La cercanía a la catedral. A pesar de ser de 2 estrellas creo que las habitaciones estan bastante bien, limpias y comfortables. Las camas son muy duras, no hay secador de pelo ni minibar. |
