Large room (actually a suite, thanks to an irresistible special offer), excellent value in great location on a pedestrian street (garage available a few blocks away) for walking to attractions. Free wired Internet. Helpful staff. Although there was no noise from traffic on the pedestrian street, there was a certain amount of noisy plumbing, etc., inside the hotel. Also some noisy customers of the bar across the street made enough noise to awaken us in the wee hours of the morning. Lobby is sort of miserable. Breakfast room was attractive, but the breakfast (included) was poor. |

Very nice rooms, equipped with everything one would need. The hotel staff helped us with everything we needed. It is close to the city center (right next to the "Cordon House" one of the places to see in Burgos). They do not own a parking lot, so you have to go with the car in a publik parking that they have an agreement with. The problem is that it is pretty far away (10-15 mins of walking). Also the breakfast was quite poor (it almost seemed like leftovers from the other day). |

Very friendly staff, the receptionists had a very good command of english. The location of the hotel is central and an ideal base for sightseeing, dining and shopping in Burgos.The room rate was very good and I would definitely consider staying in The Cordon on any future visit to Burgos. |

It is well located in Burgos and fairly near an underground parking wheere the Hotel gets you a small discount. The service at the breakfast, which was very nice, was a bit chaotic. |

The location is excellent for the St Emilion vineyards. The room and hotel facilities are excellent as was the cuisine. I particularly recommend the services of Jeremy for his efficiency, helpfulness and friendliness. The pool could have been cleaner. |

The closeness to the main attractions in the city centre. The hotel facilities are adequate, clean and with friendly staff. The breakfast is a mix of hot and cold choices and was sufficient. |

La amabilidad del persona, la situacion tan cercana al casco historio y lugares de restauracion, la posibilidad de alquilar una plaza de garage gestionada por el hotel, wifi gratuito la plaza de garage podria ser algo mas barata para los clientes, pues deberian ofrecerla como un servicio mas para el cliente. |

No es nuevo pero esta muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad sin estar junto a lo mas turistico que siempre es lo mas ruidoso. La habitacion estaba muy limpia. Lo mejor de todo es que disponen de camas de matrimonio y no nos pusieron pegas para darnos una y por el mismo precio. Tambien incluia desayuno buffet aunque no demasiado extenso. |

La ubicación ha sido excelente, las habitaciones son espaciosas y el personal muy amable, el detalle del botellin de agua como obsequio me parecio muy bien. Desgraciadamente aun cuando las habitaciones que reserve eran de no fumadores, el olor a cigarro era muy fuerte. |

En general la atención del personal, su cordialidad y su afán por facilitar las cosas al cliente. Su situación es envidiable, y en las habitaciones no se percibe el ruido del tráfico ni ningún otro especialmente molesto, salvo el producido por el paso de las personas por el pasillo u otro similar, pero que, personalmente a mí no me molesta. Encuentro que no tener parking limita un poco, pero se palía con el uso del parking público. Es algo a tener en cuenta, sobre todo si se utiliza un coche grande de volumen, que no cabe en cualquier sitio. No obstante, yo tengo una gran voyager y no he tenido problemas. |
