It was easy to get to shops and other amenities, the rooms were comfortable if in need of some modernisation and refubishment. Definitely not in the 4star category advertised. The restaurant was terrible and the waiting staff left a lot to be desired |

It was easy to find following the directions given. We travelled on two motorcycles and were pleased to be able to park them in the garage. The garage rate was easily the best of all the hotels we stayed in. Good location for visiting the sites of Burgos. |

Friendly staff and a great location The party walls were far to thin and every sound from the adjoining bedrooms could be heard, therefore not a very good nights sleep |

Room was cramped, garage was tiny and charge high, staff were surly. I have stayed in better 2 & 3 star hotels than this which is apparently a 4 star |

Location We did not like this hotel.The first room we had was dirty. We complained and were moved to a 2nd, cleaner smaller room but it was hot and noisy.We were on the 3rd (top) floor of the hotel and it seemed that there were flats above which didn't help the noise.Dinner was quite poor and overall the staff in the hotel were below average. |

Nada. Me paraeció un hotel trasnochado y viejo. Muy descuidado. La moqueta vieja, sucia. La recepción también muy vieja. Las fotos no demostraban la realidad. El baño viejisimo. Me pareció todo bastante feo. |

La ubicación. Se encuentra a 10 minutos de la catedral y zonas peatonales. La atención hacia los clientes de su personal. No hay plazas de garaje suficientes para sus clientes. Tuvimos suerte al haber quedado una libre. Difícil zona para aparcar. |

la ubicación del hotel, cercana a todos los lugares de interés del centro de Burgos. la deficiente calefacción, pues en un fin de semana frío el ambiente dentro del hotel era frío. El personal nos comentó que eran instrucciones de la dirección apagar la calefacción desde las 11 de la noche hasta las seis de la mañana. Impropio de un 4 estrellas |

Hotel luxueux ,bien situé ,la mise à disposition d'une navette est une excellente idée. Bonne cuisine. Le français est une langue officielledans la CEE,il est attristant de constater qu'aucun membre de votre personnel n'en possède l'usage a la réception ce qui est anachronique comme au bar ce qui manque de convivialité est ce voulu ?, quel mépris! Fort bruit de moteur dés 7h30 pas trés sympa. Aucun programme telé en français ,navrant. |

Está céntrico, tiene buen aparcamiento, es tranquilo La calefacción no funcionaba por la noche cuando llegué, la habitación estaba fría, y el desayuno no era variado y tenía bollos duros. |
