El hotel tiene todos los servicios que se necesitan para una estancia muy confortable. La relación calidad precio es excelente y el personal del hotel es extraordinariamente amable. He estado en muchos hoteles de cuatro y cinco estrellas por todo el mundo y en ninguno me he sentido tan cómoda como en el Hotel Rice de Burgos. |

La limpieza de las habitaciones y el trato del personal del hotel Es un hotel construido hace uno cuantos años por lo que la decoración está un pelín anticuada.No está en pleno centro de Burgos, hay que caminar unos 10-15 minutos |

La habitación está bien, clásica y confortable. No había ruidos , ni nadíe que molestase por la mañana en el pasillo. Todo correcto. Una única almohada para una cama de matrimonio. Hubiera preferido 2 almohadas individuales, pero aún así resultó cómoda. |

Destacaría la amabilidad del personal del hotel: siempre sonriendo, con ganas de informar sobre los mejores sitios de Burgos. Se nota que son muy orgullosos de su ciudad. Da gusto ser atendidos por personas tan simpaticas. Por la mañana se oyen muchos ruidos de las puertas de madera. Pero como el encanto del hotel está en su decoración de madera, es perdonable |

personnel très accueillant et disponible. Décoration et équipement raffinés. Rapport qualité/prix très correct. Le niveau de confort pourrait tendre vers l'excellence si les fenêtres donnant sur la rue étaient équipées de double (ou triple) vitrage pour faire barrage aux bruits des voitures et surtout des piétons discutant tard dans la nuit sur le trottoir. |

L"accueil, la personnalisation et le décor anglo saxon le raffinement dans les moindres détails, la qualité du petit déjeuner. La climatisation seul bémol dans cet hôtel à l'excellent rapport qualité prix. Elle dénote au niveau esthétique et surtout elle est extrèmement bruyante au point que nous avons choisi de l'éteindre. |
