Value for money, comfortable beds, roomy, easy parking, bilingual (probably multi-lingual) desk staff and quiet location, once found! On-line booking did not give the correct address for sat nav directions so we ended up in the middle of Burgos and had to ring the hotel. Once the sat nav accepted the correct address, it was easy to find. Restaurant was not open on Sunday nights, cafeteria did not have a lot of choice. |

Very good value for money in this 4 stars hotel. Very cheap (cheaper than many 2 or 3 stars) since it is outside Burgos, so it is excellent if you are just staying for a night to rest from a long trip. If you do not have a car, it's fairly away from anything |

Location ok but you need a car. BF ok Hotel staff very unpersonal. Answering a question was always a burden.Too young, no sense of responsability, no job related pride. We asked a non-smoking room and first got a smoking-room with a terrible smell ! The fact that the hotel had a cafeteria was ok but the fact that this cafeteria was full of marginals was a pitty. This is not done in a 4-star hotel ! The food served in the cafeteria was very bad although it had been prepared in the kitchen of the restaurant ...The hotel claimes 4 stars but should be classified in the category of 3-star hotels. |

A quiet and peaceful hotel with easy access to the centre of Burgos - by car. Public transport seemed limited. Comfortable and clean room. Very large and convenient carpark right outside the hotel. Not easy to find |

Free parking, free wi-fi, good restaurant with excellent wine selection (specialised in oven cooked lamb, so maybe not best for vegetarians), excellent cafeteria, fully stocked minibar, spacious room and bathroom, very good shower. Ask for a room to the front of the hotel or higher floors at the back as the air conditioning from the kithen is quite noisy. It is not in Burgos, so not best suitable for a city break/weekend break. |

Las habitaciones espaciosas y limpias. El suelo que no es de moqueta. La facilidad de aparcamiento. El personal agradable. No. Bueno, quizá esté un poco alejado del centro de Burgos. |
