Very helpful staff. Convenient car parking under the building. Location only a few minutes walk from the centre of Burgos. Excellent breakfast. Cafeteria closed for renovation. An inconvenience only. |

I only used the hotel as a stopover on the way from Santander to southern Spain when returning from the UK; however, I also used teh hotel on the way to Santander and found the location excellent with a visit to the cathedral well worthwhile. |

.The under ground car parking facility, and being able to walk to all the attractions in town I would have taken the classification of staff to excellent if there had been more than one person on reception, this made booking in very slow |

The receotionist girl is very helpful finding out restauransts and internet possibillities Perhaps they can mention on their site that the staion is only 4 minutes walk away so you don t take a taxi for a 6 minutes drive who even charges for the luggage |

Hotel rooms were very very new, comfortable and clean, parking onsite, great view from the city center and the cathedral. Although not that far from the center (10 minute walk), the hotel could be better located. Rooms could be more spacious (actually the bathroom was oversized and they could have left more space for the bedroom...) |

It was a short walk to the Cathederal and shops, the hotel room was clean and comfortable. It does not have a restaurant as listed on your site, only a cafe/bar which was limited in choice. There were no refreshments available in the room. |

Excellent location, with directions it was easy to find from motorway. City centre only a short walk. Request for room with cathedral view was honoured. Spacious room, though bathroom adequate. Free internet. Very friendly staff. Safe underground parking. Previous guests thought breakfast too simple. It was, but one does not need more and the quality was good. What more does one require from 3*. |

La cercania al centro de burgos y si coges una habitacion de la planta nueve o mas arriba tienes unas vistas a la catedral que merecen la pena,especialmente por la noche. |

Nos ha gustado muchoMuy tranquilo, sin ruidos, habitación confortable, muy buenas vistas en la 10ª planta sobre la ciudad y catedral sobre todo por la noche. El desayuno no tenia mucha variedad pero era suficiente para este tipo de hoteles No tiene complementos de baño como cepillo, champú etcc. |

Buena situación , cerca del centro. Han anulado las vias ferroviarias que estaban junto a el y ahora se descansa sin ruidos. Buenas vistas en pisos altos sobre la ciudad y la catedral. Habitaciones cómodas, buena limpieza y amplias. Buena relación precio calidad. |
