Loved the art theme of the hotel. Location was great - close to the Cathedral, that was our primary destination. Great breakfast. Nice to have the price be less than quoted. Hard to find. (We asked a guy for directions and he said "follow me" and took us directly to the door.) |

Low cost of meals and hotel We had to change room three times, carring on our luggages befora to have a cleen room. The first was used (peanut shels, used glasses), the second with 3 beds had not enough space to move in. No room staff to clean the room. Good reception staff. |

La localización es excelente, ya que se encuentra justo enfrente del casco antiguo. Delante del hotel hay una zona que se reserva para clientes del hotel. Aunque no hay para todos pero es un detalle. La tele no iba bien y la arreglaron enseguida, muy buen servicio. Para una o dos noches es perfecto. Las instalaciones son muy antiguas, aunque no estaba sucio pero se veia muy muy gastado. En nuestra estancia sonó una alarma a las 21:00 horas, mi pareja bajó a recepción y le dijeron que nos habian avisado y que no pasaba nada. Nadie nos había avisado y cundió un poco el pánico. El precio no está acorde con las instalaciones del hotel. Necesita limpieza de cara. |

Las habitaciones son muy amplias con terraza también amplia, muy confortables y con un completísimo set de servicios de habitación. Al no tener aparcamiento propio, se hace un poco incómodo el subir las maletas al entrar y lo mismo al salir. |

Lo mejor delhotel es la situación respecto al centro de la ciudad. Esta a 5 minutos. Pues cuando llegamos habia una pareja quejandose de la limpieza de su habitación. La recepcionista no llebaba muy bien lo de la presión. Hace falta hacer una inversión en el hotel para pintura de techos, renovación de colchones, cambio de baños,...No es loq ue esperabamos de unhotel de 4 estrellas Melià |
