The location and the view of the cathedral from our 4th floor room was wonderful. Staff very welcoming and helpful and just what we needed for our overnight stop. Excellent breakfast selection and pretty dining room. Will certainly use this hotel again, Restaurant prices seemed expensive, so did not eat there. Our room was a little on the small side but pleasant. Garage price was a bit high as not directly under hotel (just across the side road). |

Meson del Cid is right in the centre of Burgos opposite the cathedral. The rooms are perfect and the view of the cathedral, especially lit up at night, was spectacular. Although the car parking was expensive it was absolutely necessary. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open on a Sunday evening however there are very good restaurants nearby |

The location was very good. The room had an excellent view of the Cathedral and its surroundings. The staff went out of its way to be helpful. It has a very good, but expensive, restaurant. There was a very high tax (7%) that was not anticipated. |

Impressive setting right in front of Cathedral!I was there for business but since It wasn't far from my customer and there was a special offer I took advantage of it(same prices in anonymous hotels in ind.areas),also a very good restaurant and since the place prices not crazy.Definitely a unique place! Since the age of the hotel some details show need of constant maintenance, but all this disappear if you take a look(in my case rooms overlooked the square) out the window! They should get a 4star rating(if they don't put up prices afterwards!). |

Just in front of the Cathedral. Rooms in a traditional style. Very good restaurant. Places in car park allocated according to the car size (better, as parking is quite small). Wifi not so good in the rooms, need to go to the lobby. |

Fantastic view from our room and central location for walking around the city. The cost of the secure parking was worth it for the piece of mind that it gave you. |

There was a beautiful view from our window that we never expected. The design of the hotel was in very old fashion and romantic style. Very calm and chilled atmosphere. |

We were lucky enough to get given a room directly facing the cathedral. The twin beds were proper twin as in there were totally seperated Very dated decor, dark room and paper thin walls. Unable to pull up directly outside in the car therefore had to drag the luggage down the street and down the awkward steps to get to reception |

Excellent location. We had a room overlooking the cathedral. Also a very good restaurant. Definitely one to be recommended. The receptionists weren't particularly welcoming. |

Fabulous location, pet friendly and very necessary and secure garage. Staff helpful and multi-lingual. We have been using this hotel twice a year for the last 6 years. Our room this year was somewhat shabby and frayed round the edges. |

The location facing the Cathedral was superb. The shower was fixed over a bath which was exceptionally slippery and dangerous. The hotel should have supplied a rubber mat. |

Meson del Cid was beside the cathedral. The bedroom and dining room overlooked the cathedral giving the hotel a lot of charm. It was very accessible to the town. |

The location of this hotel could not be better, right next to the magnificent cathedral and within walking distance of all the main places of interest. Although it is not on one of the main roads, the signposting of the way to the hotel was faultless. |

Central posistion, with fantastic view of Cathedral from bedroom window. Good selection at breakfast. Secure car park available (at additional cost) was useful as very limited street parking close to hotel. Decor in the hotel was a little dated |

Location was terrific. Our room looked directly out on the plaza and its stunning cathedral. Their breakfast was excellent offering a wide choice of items. The air conditioning system had not been activated. I doubt that they will turn it on until June. This is a ploy used by many hotels to cut costs and is particularly annoying when warm weather occurs in May. In that case you would likely sleep with windows open and your sleep could be disturbed by noise in the plaza. |

Perfectly located in the historic city centre of Burgos and close to the cathedral, this 18th-century palace has been completely renovated into a contemporary hotel with 4-star facilities. |
The new Hotel Silken Gran Teatro boasts a privileged position in the monumental city of Burgos, allowing you to explore the rich local historic and artistic heritage. |
This hotel blends new, modern design with a setting in the historic heart of Burgos, just a 5-minute walk to the cathedral and on the famous Camino de Santiago route. |
This impressive, 4-star hotel offers amazing views of the city from its hilltop position above Burgos, just 300 metres from the magnificent cathedral and close to the Castillo viewpoint. |
