Velada Burgos

It's right in the old centre of Burgos and there is a car park underneath the hotel. Breakfast is quite good, particularly compared to most other Spanish hotels.

The room was rather dark. Also, it was rather cold when we stayed there and the central heating of the hotel was turned up so high, that we had to open the windows to reduce the room temperature.

the weather was not good therefore a true picture cannot be given,however the hotel was pleasent and the interior decoration was very unusual and of an excellent standard.

The hotel staff were extremly pleasant and helpful and for 2€ extra the junior suit was well worth the extra. A very centrally located hotel with secure underground parking. All in all a very good hotel.

amazing, luxury, you have your own living room, huge bathroom, they cook you what you want for breakfast as well as the superb buffet, very friendly helpful staff ,crazy drive through the pedestrian precinct next to the cathedral so get a good map, right in the heart of the old city, tapas bar favorito for lunch, Trol for dinner- both fantastic food and good value

The ambience and design

Yes there was an appalling level of strret revellery creating such noise until 5am that wewere unable to sleep which was distressing as we had a long drive the following day

Big rooms on two floors, two bathrooms in the room. Very clean hotel, close to main attractions, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral

We were given two spacious rooms (classified as junior suites), which were spotlessly clean with nice bathrooms. The hotel staff were welcoming and we had no problems staying there.

We stayed on a Monday and the restaurant was closed. Because we arrived quite late we would have liked the opportunity to dine here. The hotel didn't really have many facilities. Basement parking very awkward if you have a large car.

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and places of interest. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

10 days traveling around French and Spanish Pyrenees this was by far the best out of 8 hotels we stayed in. Excellent value and quality and the reception staff pointed us to a local tapas restaurant which she uses, another excellent choice.

Good location with nice views across the bay from my room, also a pleasant terrace with inside / outside seating. My room also had good views and was well furnished and clean.

No parking spaces available and the staff were very unhelpful when asked for help. Cafeteria restuarant was staffed by efficient but unfriendly waiters, also the food was not great.

Perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. The service was excellent and could not really fault the Hotel.
