The room was excellent: modern, comfortable and with plenty of space for a couple and a young child. Extremely well located (inside the city centre but outside the old town) to get in an out very quickly. The view to the back was dismal, as it included all kinds of leftover building materials. An eye sore to say the least. |

We had to park our car outside since the hotel parking was complete. The rooms should be maintained. The hotel is not new: used to be a 4-star but not anymore. But the relation price/quality is ok. |

Clean, tidy, friendly and a short walk to the centre of town. The hotel car park was empty but the lift was broken so struggling with bags up 3 flights of stairs was a pain, it would have been a nice gesture not to charge for the car parking. |

La relación calidad/precio pues en las fechas en las que estuvimos al ser un puente se disparaban los precios de otros hoteles de la misma categoría. Sería deseable una mayor insonorización de las habitaciones. |

El hotel esta bien en cuanto a calidad-precio se refiere, se trata de un 4 estrellas escasito en prestaciones, pero las habitaciones estaban bastante bien. Cenamos en el restaurante, y estabamos solos, tuvimos que buscar a alguien que nos atendiera, el trato fue frío (vamos que querían largarnos rápido) y también la comida, las croquetas que nos trajeron estaban frías por dentro. |

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el trato del servicio, tanto de recepción como del comedor. También es cómoda la cama. Y muy bointo el baño. Lo que no me ha gustado nada y por lo que no volvería es por el ruido. Es absolutamente molesto el ruido exterior de los coches y aunque dicen que las habitaciones están insonorizadas, se oye absolutamente todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones contiguos. También creo que podría mejorar el desayuno, ya que es algo inferior a los hoteles de la misma categoría en los que he estado. |

La comodidad de la habitación y el silencio en todo el edificio. No se escuchaba una mosca. El ascensor cierra demasiado pronto, lo cual provoca problemas en personas poco avisadas. |
