The flexibility of the apartment lifestyle, and the safety of the facility. Too expensive for a one week stay. |

The manager was very friendly. The kitchen with clothes washer was very handy and there were plenty of stores to buy food. The bathroom was updated and spacious. The apartment was quiet and very conveniently located. |

Very central location, nice studio with all necessary equipment (including iron, hair drier, kitchenware, etc.), very clean, friendly staff. As the hotel is very central it also means that it is on a pretty noisy street, so it is good for people who do not plan to spend a lot of time in their hotel room and who prefer to stay out late at night. |

location; cleanliness noise inside, moving chairs is very noisy for downstairs neighbor. Put some cushion under chairs. You can hear upstairs guest talk. One towel per person per day would be nice. Bed is small en hard. |

Central location; amenities provided; Contrary to some comments, streets can be noisy. Although it might be because of Labor Day long weekend lots of street activity thru 4 a,m. |

Great location to explore Madrid. Juan Garcia is very helpful and friendly.Very secure and well equipped apartments. Although the apartments are double glazed you can still hear some street noise, but then you are in the centre of Madrid. |

Very nice and large apartment. Good location in the city center. You can reach most of the interesting places in Madrid just walking or in a couple of metro stops (metro is very close). Ideal place if you travel with a little child. We also had a cot and a highchair for free. |

The apartments are in a quiet street just off Gran Via and could not be more central. The bedroom was very very quiet. Everything worked. Nothing. I am in Madrid very frequently and will use this hotel again. |

Walking distance to most city center must see sites. As an American, european hotels are little small, so this was a better buy. It is very roomy and has a full kitchen and washer (have to hang dry clothes, though). Parking is a little difficult but sufficient (don't rent a big car). Juan is a very nice guy but can't speak much english (but in my opinion, that's more my problem than his, I'm in his county). |

What an excellent place. From the warm welcome from Juan to the great central location to the extremely well equipped studio. The kitchen area had everything, there was a small bath with shower and free internet access. Wonderful |

Although our host did not speak English, we were able to communicate very effectively. He was always helpful and friendly. We liked the facilities, including the free access to the Internet. We were right in the heart of the city and had great access to everything. The street and the apartment was quiet and safe. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and shorter than we have been used to but it was a small inconvenience compared to the the rest of the facility. |

It is very central. The staff were very friendly and cheerful and helpful. The only problem was that I was alone and would have preferred a larger bed - the bedroom had two small single beds. That was the only problem. |

It was a home from home, which is great after staying in hotels. The facilities were excellent and the location was great, just five minutes from Puerto del Sol. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You would need to speak some Spanish though, but the guy spoke very slowly and was very patient with us. not really. It might be somewhere you would want to stay for longer though, to get better value for money and make use of the facilities. |

Very central location, close to good neighborhood cafes and bars (as opposed to very touristy ones). Truly an apartment, with fridge and clothes washer. Very convenient. No soap. |
