All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Great value. Modern, spacious rooms. Hard to find, even with gps as it had no door number listed on the website. I drove right past it the first time. The website should also tell you to park in the public parking under the hotel then take the elevator up to reception. |

It is difficult to reach this hotel without car navigation. But if you have car navigation, I recommend this hotel. |

It is very close to the historic city center (even if it is slightly outside). It takes about 5-10 minutes walking to get to Plaza Mayor. It is a brand new hotel. Our room (a Junior suite) was really big and nice. Cáceres is a wonderful city. It is close (< 10 mins) to restaurant "Casa Mijhaeli" - worth trying !!! Several things: external signs are missing (difficult to reach). As it is new, they have teething problems (f.ex. they didn't have enough cleaning ladies and they did our room at 18:30 and there was a mess during breakfast due to affluence vs. number of employees). They have only one internet PC and you need to pay to use it ! |

This is a brand new hotel situated just off the town centre , in fact not quite finished . a couple of minor electrical glitches which will soon be sorted . unfortunately the dining room was closed that night . Cannot rate the staff too highly especially Borga Benitez Fernel , reception manager . |

No signs to hotel - took us 2 hours going round the town - staff couldn't speak any English and couldn't/didn't give any landmarks to go by!!Highly overpriced. Lifts without lights. No porter for luggage. Hot tap in bathroom broke and the shower system is stupid - water everywhere. Temperature control in room non-existent - very hot day and night. Restaurant not open. |

Situación. El baño sin calefacción, al salir de la ducha hacia frio. Reclamado sobre el tema 'pasaron olimpicamente' diciendo que lo tendrian en cuenta. En un hotel de 4 estrellas es inadmisible. No regalan las habitaciones. Muy mal. Recomendare Muy Negativamente. |

Es un hotel muy nuevo y sus instalaciones, sin caer en el exceso, son muy confortables. Está muy céntrico, si no se dispone de mucho tiempo es ideal para conocer el casco histórico, está al lado. Estuve dos noches y todo bien. |
