Hotel was comfortable but a bit "clinical", off street parking a real bonus and location was excellent for seeing the old city. Reatuarant was not good. Environment was noisy and food below average. |

value for money The children wished to use the spa but the times were restricted , when we did go in we were told to keep the children quiet, which we did but a large amount of elderly people arrived in the spa who were very noisey and rude, so we did not get full use of the spa we had to take the children out early as they were frightened |

The location was great. It was in the center of old Cadiz within short walking distance of shopping, sightseeing, and the beach. The hotel spa facility was fantastic. Their Aquaplay area were romantic and state of the art at a very reasonable price. The staff were extremely helpful and very plite and friendly. Will certainly stay there again. It was hard to find the hotel as it was kind of hidden in an alley. |

Good location Very poor room, small and dark. Towels, old brown and hard. Breakfast very expensive with no choice of only continental, very dissapointing. A graet shame as the hotel could be so much better with its inner courtyard and great position. |

Ideally located right in the centre of Cadiz. Underground parking at the hotel (very important as difficult to park elsewhere). Great breakfast buffet. |

The excellent family room provided an ample opportunity for the family to use the hotel as a base for sightseeing; the view from the hotel roof pool is spectactular. Travel instructions could have indicated that there is extensive roadworks around the hotel area which, although they do not detract from the hotel experience, did make it almost impossible for a non-local to find the hotel car park. |

The central location is excellent, the hotel new and very clean and staff unobtrusive. The rooftop swimming pool is a real plus, and the spa facillities superb. Not cheap, but offers plenty for your money. Breakfastisoverpriced, and not worth it. |

Impossible to locate. Directions to hotel on website poor. Parking directions would have been helpful in advance. Overpriced as it did not include breakfast. Room cramped. |

Hotel very centrally located for sight-seeing and restaurants/shops. Staff were helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was good. Bedroom wall near window very 'tatty', in need of makeover - looked a bit dated. Roadworks in street below very noisy in morning. |

I was allowed to cancel my second day's stay.(There is not enough space in the don't like area for all points in my review.) The swimming-pool is very small. The spa facilities are as described at the spa reception also undersized, I asked to view them first, but I was not allowed to view the spa facilities before paying for their use, being told I had to be in spa clothing to enter. The garage was full on arrival, I was told it was quite small. I was offered a space on the second day of the stay, but by then I had decided to leave the hotel. The toilet brush was dirty, faeces appeared to be on the stem and brush. The location of the hotel as shown on the map is deceptive. It appears on the booking map to face the port, whereas it is located on two within the town. The safe-door jams the wardrobe door. Maintenance said it happens all the time. |

Upgraded to suite upon arrival, very pleased with room. Staff very helpful. Excellent location in a beautiful city. Use of the gym, indoor pool/spa cost an extra 20 euro's per hour which is expensive and should really be included free like most other good hotels. |

Good central location with very helpful reception staff. Pool small but nice. Air conditioning did nothing to lower the temperature in the room.No information on prices to use the spa. |

The spa was excellent. The noise from foyer, dining hall and reception travelled up to bedroom. The entrance to the car park was narrow and made driving into it difficult. |

Located in the very heart of the thousand-year-old city of Cadiz and a few minutes away from the Santa Maria del Mar beach and Conference Centre. |
The Patagonia Sur boasts an exceptional location right in the historical and commercial centre of Cádiz, as well as modern facilities, such as free internet connection. |
The Hotel Hospederia Las Cortes de Cádiz is found in the historic centre of Cadiz, in a landmark building typical of local architecture of the 19th century. |
Originally an old Jerez winery, now converted into a charming hotel; what really stands out about this hotel is its superb restaurant and charming traditional Andalusian central courtyard patio. |
